How much difference in length is your BP from your NBP?

I’m just wondering what your difference is from your bone pressed measurements and your non-bone pressed measurements. Mine is half an inch.
NBP=6 3/4 or 6.75
BP=7 1/4 or 7.25

Last question, once you got an increase in BP how long did it take the NBP measurements to increase? A month? Two months?

My NBP is 8”

PM me when you get a chance. I’m sick of hearing that you haven’t gained anything and I want to give you a couple of ideas.

About 3/4” difference here.

Mines a lil less than half an inch, not really fat, really just from pressing the ruler into the skin.

1/2” difference

0.59 difference. If BP increases NBP should increase the same amount if no mistakes during measurements.

I have a difference of 0.66” (2 cm), cause I have a thick fat pad that I have to get rid of.

My body fat percentage is at 9 percent right now.

I gained just over a 1/4” BP, just under a quarter NBP. (BF% has not gone up since original measurement) I was wondering why more pressed gain than non with more pad, unless I have just lost that much muscle that my BF% raised without gaining any fat, if that even makes sense (broke a bone and have not lifted in 8 weeks)

Right now, mine is almost an inch. It really takes a chunk out of my nbp measurement.

I have about 1/2 an inch. 8.5” bone presssed.

It’s sad to say, but I’m hiding somewhere between and inch and 1 1/4”…where is that treadmill I never use?

1/2 inch difference. Last measurement 7 3/8” BP almost 6 7/8” NBP. So close to 7” NBP.

People who have gained in bp measurments have you noticed any increase in nbp? How long did it take for you to see gains in nbp?

Guys, if you have trouble getting rid of stubborn fat pockets and you don’t want to exercise try out yohimburn (a gel). I don’t want to post the website here because I don’t want to get in trouble. Try a search on google. It’s very expenisve though. For some people it works for others it doesn’t. I’ve been using it for several weeks on my bitch tits. But, it didn’t realy work for me. I haven’t really try it on my stomach or love handles. You could also use it on your cheeks (face) if you thinks it a little chubby.
