Is This Enough PE To Get Improvements?
I do manual sets and then 3 -4 sets of 20 min 10 lbs SD and BTC with a hanger. And then an hour or 2 with a stretcher. When I had the time, I used to do 8+ hours with a stretcher after manual stretching and saw significant gains. I feel fatigued after the hanging while using the stretcher, which would have taken 6-7 hours before hanging. Will this current routine get me good gains?
