Still no improvements on Erection

It’s been a few months now, and I’m still not getting any erection quality. No morning wood, no random boners, no nothing. Direct stimulation is giving me 6/10 boners which dissipate very quickly. My penis is smaller than it was by nearly an inch now.

Any advice?

I’ve been to see a GP who basically told me to sod off and stop wasting his time.

I’ve given up on masturbating completely (Several months as well), which hasn’t helped.

Very very frustrated.

PE has made your penis shorter? Yes stop it now. Try doing PR it could work the other way around.

I have only ever jelqed once, so I don’t think it’s Penis enlargement that has caused this!

So how were you expecting improvement?

I thought that maybe it was just stress or something? I’ve been exercising a lot, eating healthily, I don’t smoke and I’ve given up 90% of the alcohol I used to drink. Absolutely no improvement. It’s like my penis is just dead. I don’t feel anything, it’s just there to piss with.

I’d say you should have blood work done. How old are you?

I’m 23 years old. I had a blood works done, got a 3 page print out of everything.

Testosterone looks sort of low (550) with free at 22

I have gone to bed at midnight and get up at 8 am each day, and have done for the past few months. (Before I used to go to bed at 2-3am and get up at like 9am)

Are you serious about the masturbating aspect? You think I should masturbate each day? The last time I tried to masturbate a few months ago, I couldn’t even get a proper erection. I ejaculated whilst I was still soft at around 4” :/

Try to take horny goat weed or tribulus terrestris (like horny weed, but help boost your testosterone level), Zinc, Multi Vitamins, and Nitro Oxide aka NO chemical pills like L-Argentine, NOS work out pills, etc. That would help you get your fully erection on and boost your T level.

Yes masturbate each morning when you wake up you need to use it even if you ejaculate when your 1/2 erection its ok. Use it because you don’t want to loose it. Make sure you get at least 8hr sleep and try not to watch TV right before bed.

No haven’t really ever done anything.

Only negative things that could be said to have possibly contributed are:

1- always been afraid I had a small penis (it used to be 6”x5.5” which got me depressed, now I’m lucky to make 5.5”x5”. This change seems permanent, this is FAR more depressing.)
2-Boner quality has been on the down for the past year
3-I’ve had quite a lot of stress (family illnesses, breakups, failed university, been feeling very down, self esteem issues etc etc)
4- I’ve been let down sexually, eg when fooling around I’ve lost my boner, she made some comments which I don’t think she knew the impact of.
5-Whenever I used to masturbate I had to get it done with as soon as possible due to the immediate danger of being caught, thus I think I’ve reinforced the ejaculation over the quality of boner, not to mention I last literally a minute or so.
6- I’ve been brought up in a religious household, and still have religious convictions.

Seems as though the more you describe your problem, the more likely it is all in your head. Your brain is your most powerful sexual organ and if you let your brain tell you erections and sex is over, well that is what will be your truth.

You have to turn around the way you think about sex and erections in your head. I don’t know exactly how to help you do that, but if you search for “brain most powerful sexual organ” I think you will find lots of good ideas to get things turned around.

Just to try sparking some life back into your cock, I think you should try taking some Viagra. Viagra and a little sexual stimulation is just about a guaranteed erection and once you get your cock working again and turn things around in your head, you probably won’t need the Viagra any more.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
