Is This Normal?

Guys i am not sure if this is the right place but these groves, lines/cracks or whatever they are have been on my glans for about a year now. I used to have really smooth, shiny texture as i am uncut.

I went to the doctor, he thought it could be balantitis or any other sort of fungus. I applied the cream for a week, did not get better. I have tries all the lubricants out there, i have tried leaving it alone for weeks but nothing seem to better this.

So now i just have to live like this? When i am fully erect and kegeld it kind of fills out as you can see in the second pic… but what more can i do? Or is this normal change of the glans after much sex and PE?

I have stopped all PE for a year now but it hasn’t gotten betyer at all, probably just worse. Any tips or input is highly appreciated.

I do know that after hugely swelling up my unit, it deflates and has some vertical grooving in the glans. Mine is just a normal result of placing stress against any type of skin. But it eventually does smooth out. Not sure what yours is exactly though.

I get the grooves while doing manual clamps or using a clamp. But they do smooth out after. When I do see em I try to massage them away.

How do you mean that it smooths out? Mine only smooths out when i am FULLY erect and kegeld.

I mean I see the cracks and grooves when the head is filled over it’s cap. But once it goes back I massage the glans to reduce the swelling I just caused. And it goes back.

I have the opposite problem you have it seems.
