Is it normal not to be able to get an erection within few hours after finishing pe exercises? Should I slow down a little bit? All I am doing is a standard newbie routine.

You could be pushing it a bit hard, right after a PE sessions maybe but a few hours after you should be at least getting something.

Ease off and see how it goes, if everything is going well you should have more frequent and stronger erections.

I had this problem when I was starting out, too, and it scared me enough that I took 10 days off. My problem was that I started kegeling with each jelq and junior just wasn’t ready for that and rebelled. I think that while the “seed of self-doubt” was physical, most of the problem for me was psychological. I agree with ICM that you could be pushing it a bit and that you should be able to get something going after a few hours.

How long have you been doing the newbie routine?

It’s been 4 weeks. I am inclined to think that it was due to much “eagerness” on my part. I was either squeezing or stretching my noodle too much. Next time I will do them one at a time to see which one causes the problem.
