There is a way to feel like you have been circumcised. It involves taping the the cock behind the head with the skin fore ward. JohnnyC1, I was watching myself in the mirror while jelqing and stretching to see why I am not getting a turkey neck, but I use a cock ring while doing the exercises. Not a tight ring, but one tight enough to keep more blood in my penis while doing the exercises. I noticed, the ring keeps the scrotum skin back while stretching, I only stretch dick and not a lot of scrotum skin. Give it a shot, it might correct your gobbler.

I then take another one, put it around the entire package and then when I double it up I only put the loop around the shaft (this scrungi has a bit more circumference then the first one). Dude, don’t use hair scrunchies, go to an adult shop and buy a package of cock rings. You can get a package of 3 silicone rings under ten dollars. They come in a variety of sizes and colors. Pick the size more realistic to your size and small is not better, but get rid of the hair scrunchies idea, you’re going to end up hurting yourself. Those thing will end up cutting off your blood circulation completely.
I put the ring towards the base of my shaft just above the scrotum and I don’t use a tight one either, especially for jelqing.
