Hey guys, I’ve ran the search and found some threads on this, but no clear answers so I was hoping to get some help.

Basically, I woke up one morning and had sever itching on the shaft of my penis as well as my balls. I checked it out, and found some slightly red bumps on the left side of my shaft where the itching was.

I’ve been jelqing/stretching for a little over 3 months now. I was going 2 days on 1 day off, but in my 3rd month have switched it to 5 days on 1 day off. I use Dial nutriskin moisturizer as my lubricant. I’ve read a bunch of different stuff on this, but no clear answers. A lot of them pointed toward the type of lubrication that was being used, but I’ve been using this stuff for over a month and the red bumps started appearing recently, so I don’t think that the lubricant is the issue.

I was wondering if anyone had anything similar and what they did with it? Should I stop for a while (I really don’t want to)? If I do stop should I stop both jelqing and stretching?

Are they bumps or red dots. Red dots are very common when one ups his PE routine. Not sure about bumps.

Yeah, they’re very small bumps. It hasn’t really happened or spread to any other part of my body, so I think it links directly to PE.

My very uncomfortable experience was waking up one morning with two big as bumps on my member.
The doctor said that it’s ulcers cause by the PE turned out that the newbie routine was to heavy for me.
I had to wait about 1 and a half months for it to heal.
I nearly lost my gf of that time as she though it was a std. It was not painful just very embarrassing. My advice would be just to stop PE for a week or so.. Monitor and see if they get better if not get your ass to a doctor.

My GP mentioned that I could have gotten a little tear and the lube ended up under my skin. Ulcers are in the skin not under or on top. I hope for you its not that. As it caused a whole lot of drama for me.

Oh geez man, very sorry to hear about that. I hope you recovered ok. Are you back to doing PE now? We’re there any signs that you should slow down or take it easy that you might have ignored? I think mine just ended up being dry skin that was irritated. I didn’t think it could be this because I use a moisturizer as my lubricant, but I checked back on it tonight and it feels really dry. Not sure how that happens, but I think I’m ok for now. Gonna take it easy for a week I think. Made me come out of lurking at least I guess

The PE newbie routine is more like an advanced newbie routine for guys who have been consistent for 6 or more months.

Gang in there buddy I’m working on a progressive routine for everyone.

One that starts out light and trains you how to recognize pain and strength your kegels instead of your pain threshhold.

I basically only light stretch and then I hang light 2.5kg two sets . Twice seems to be working well

I went through some discomfort a while back that I thought was PE related.

It turned out that my wife had bought cheap detergent (Scottish girl) and it caused me severe itching where my underwear came into contact with my genital apparatus.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"
