I've tried a routine for 2 months and nothing, then an injury. Wrong techniq?
I’ve started a routine that lasted almost 2,5 months, that involved 5 min warm up and about 160 jelqs. I felt it was too much so instead of increasing them I was decreasing them.. About 2 months in I was doing 120 jelqs. I know, it sounds stupid. I was desperate for results.
EQ did go up, I did have thrombosed vein twice due to my erection getting too big during training, twice, and with just slightly too intense erection I’d get thrombosed vein, but both times it went away really quickly because of aggressive massage and “popping” the clots, which I recommend because then it goes away in just few days really.
I’ve decided at the beginning not to measure too soon otherwise I’d get obsessed with the result and not with the process, so I’ve set it to 3 months after I’ve started the routine. And it doesn’t seem like I have gained anything. I was wondering whether I am doing the technique wrong or something, so the very next day I’ve decided to start the grip closer to the balls (on the bottom of the penis, rather than at sides+top), which, as I’ve later found out, involved gripping some quite big vein underneath the penis (a smaller vein than the top dorsal vein though). I’ve planned to switch the routine and this time do 20 jelqs but do them right, and I think I’ve popped the vein, two third’s bottom area of the penis became dark purple, I’ve probably popped that vein and now it’s healing. The whole injury happened few days ago and now it looks better, it kinda looks like the bruises from shooting badly through veins when shooting drugs.. Don’t ask, that’s history. I’ve been occasionally doing firegoat rolls after warming up since then and it’s been helping.
I’ve looked up V-jelq technique which seems safer and I’ve tried doing it but either I’m doing something wrong or I don’t have enough muscles in my fingers to do that stuff, I have to help myself with the other hand to really squeeze the penis, otherwise there’s no force, and when the force is applied the penis keeps “jumping” from one side to the other, slipping out of the “the sides grip”. I honestly don’t know what am I doing wrong. And the first jelq technique I was using was just a basic jelq that involved forming grip at the base of the penis, moving up, then I’d use the same hand to take skin down again (without skin down I wouldn’t be able to do jelq because the skin was blocking jelqing) and do another repetition. I found it hard to do it with hand switching. Also my hands would get tired very quickly. So that’s why I was looking for another technique.
Oh and my routine was 5 days on/2 days off. I’m 21 and I’m doing lots of other stuff so having this really easy, as in, just a single technique plus a routine I don’t have to think too much about (I.e. Weekdays on, weekend off) is a huge help for me. I think it’s not a big deal but if I’m wrong please tell me.
Basically I’m only 4,6 in girth and 5,5 in length, I have a girlfriend and she says she’s satisfied with my penis size, but I’d really like to push it further (mostly with girth because it’s really thin) and see what happens. The added EQ was a huge boost to my confidence in bed and that alone was really cool, if only I could steadily increase my size that’d be cool as well. Thing is I cannot use devices for too long (I have a cable clamp but I’ve read that’s too advanced for me now), I could probably use a hanger but only really occasionally. I live with 6 other people in a medium sized apartment, we’re mostly students and I can’t afford too much time in the bathroom. Can you guys help me out? What was I doing wrong? What’s the proper technique that’d be best for me? These are the questions that bother me. I really want to learn from my mistakes and go further with this PE thing. I don’t have too much time alone and I can’t be bothered with really sophisticated routines that take away too much of my will.
