JAI Stretches Throughout The Day Results

Hey brothers,

Has anyone of you gotten great result with pulling on your dick for 2 secs/15 reps (JAI stretches) every time you go to the bathroom or multiple times throughout the day?

I added that to my PE efforts except when I’ve done a PE workout in the previous hours but hope its just not a waste of time.

Started August 2018: BPEL/MEG 5.7" x 5" - Now: 6.1" x 5.25" BEG: 6.25"

Goal: BPEL/MEG 8.5" x 6.5"

It increased my length gain speed for sure. I hadn’t gained any length in over 5 months and started incorporating JAI stretches every time I peed or randomly could do it, as well as included bed fowfers every night and within 6 weeks I gained a .25 inch of length. So they have definitely proven themselves to me. I think it helps keep things in a stretched state and less returning back to original size.

I normally would do 2 sets of 15 straight out and straight down two times a day included in my normal stretch routine. And then 5 reps each way every time I peed. I drink two gallons of water a day so I pee once an hour about. So they were done quite often.

Good input Makehergocrazy, were you using a lot of strength on the JAI or was it light stretching only. Also were you varying the gripping spot from time to time or always stretching from the same place on the shaft ?

One last thing do you think that 15 reps on every bathroom break is too much?

Nice to get feedback on these JAI stretches. The science behind them sounds good, but it’s hard to tell if they actually help with results. My impression is that they have helped me, but it’s like one of those things that you can’t tell for sure. I’m using them just because it’s one of the only things that you can do throughout the day.

I believe that piss-pulls have helped my gains a lot. I stretch every time i get the chance. I am super motivated so i always do some stretches throughout the day when i have the privacy.

The main thing is that they add to the total time under tension. Also the frequency of stretches is a big factor for growth in my opinion.

Well first off how far along are you into doing PE? What is your experience? I wouldn’t recommend throwing JAI stretches into an existing routine if you already haven’t gone through at the least a solid 3 months of strictly newbie routine only.

But to answer your questions, yes the stretches would be at a decent strength. That’s part of the JAI stretch technique. Not too hard but respectable. My grip was always the same, where it should be about 3/4 of an inch or so below my glans. And to your last question, that all depends on the person, the existing routine, and how often that would ultimately take place. Hope this helps!

I didn’t realize they were called jai stretches, but I do them every day and so far I have had some great results considering I dont have a very structured routine.


Starting stats BPEL: 5 in. MSEG: 4 1/4 in

Current stats BPEL 5.4 in. MSEG 4 1/4 in.

Goal BPEL: 6 in. MSEG: 5 in.

Well I have just 2.3 weeks of PE. But I was enthousiast so had been doing sets of 15 JAI stretches (fairly low strenght) about 6 times throughout the day. Maybe I should not have done it but at the same time I don’t think I’ve overtrained so maybe I should just continue ?

JAI stretches are supposed to be low strength, just a light pull thats all.

I guess you would be just fine if it is light pulls about 6 times a day. As long as it isn’t affecting your EQ.
