JAI Stretches
Hi guys!
I’m doing PE for maybe 10 years.
Bought some tools, but I never had a consequent plan.
I’m in the fourth week of a newbie scedule.
I took 10 steps back and start from the beginning and keep myself on scedule.
I get up (more) early (5.00AM) to do the exercises. (I’m a early bird, so no problem;) )
I also do JAI stretches during the ‘workout’ and also during the day. In total maybe 150pc a day.
During the day my flaccid is constantly bigger.
Does one of you have visually length gains BPEL from (only) doing JAI stretches? Or quicker results? Or other positive experiences?
JAI stretches are so easy to do, so positive results could be easy to get.
