JAI stretches, Goooood!

JAI stretches, Goooood!

Whew!! Tried those Jai or AI stretches yesterday and now I really feel my slightly sore ligs today! I took it easy and built up to stronger 2 second pulls as I went along (of course after a 10 minute hot towel warm up first). I’m definitely going to switch to this style of stretching from now on. After all this time I can finally feel my ligs working out!

Question: After, the stretching, I went to do my jelq routine and found it much harder to get it semi-erect and damn difficult to get it rigid for squeezes. Did I just overdo it with the new stretches or should I change the order of my routine? I don’t have time to break it up to an am/pm program.

I find it very hard to stretch after jelqing so I wouldn’t suggest that order.

I too have had difficulty jelqing after a good stretch session, due to soreness or general penis fatique. I can suggest an intermediate warm up again(i.e. another 5 minutes hot wrap between stretching and jelqing.) It helps me from time to time.

Think about it - you stress out your suspensory ligament with stretches. How is it going to react when you ask it to tighten up to support a full or near-full erection? It’s gonna flag, right?

Which is why I separate stretching and jelqing. Honestly, many just do their length program until they reach their desired length then switch over to a girth routine.

I think you should try to change the order of stretch - jelq workouts. At least to me, it made a BIG difference in gains. Don’t jump to JAIs immediately though. Take a hotwrap (5min) and then continue with JAIs.
