Jelqing? stretches? masturbation?
I was on this site 3 years ago. I did a few months of newbie routine and I somehow just stopped doing PE exercise. Now I feel like going back to PE!
I have a few questions for the “experienced” PEers who have gained some inches over the years. I am currently about 6 x 5”
1) Has anyone gained much from just “pure jelqing”? (no stretches)? I love overhang OK wet jelq. It feels like milking my shaft.. stretches are a bit tough cuz I get semi- to hard on quite frequently during manual stretches.. arrrrrr
2) I do mostly overhang wet jelq. I find that I can feel the squeeze more and can I go slower to get the most out of a jelq.
- How long should I hold (my OK grip between pointing finger and thumb) at the base of the gland? I read on this forum that one should hold for a few seconds.
3) And when I rotate my hand, should I grip the base (say left hand) BEFORE release the grip at the base of the gland (right hand)? I did that this morning and noticed that I was trapping more blood into the penis. Is this ok?
4) When I do stretches, I find the base of the gland (where foreskin connects) can get a bit painful and tender from the grip. Am I doing it wrong?
5) Lastly, I am a super horny guy. Can I jack off after jelqing exercise? (not right away.. but my penis gets rock hard after jelqing.. it’s so tempting!)
