Looking For Advice

I used the Phalosan product 10 years ago. I got frustrated with struggling with the product not holding vacuum and tossed it out eventually. It seemed like the sleeves would not work well for very long and the vacuum would not hold.

I’m 60 years old now and want to get back into trying to see if I can gain an inch. I have no idea what the best equipment is to use that is reliable, safe, and actually works without a bunch of problems and frustration.

I am considering the PeniMaster Pro. I have been offered 40 percent off on their Complete set for 228.00.

I am also considering the Best Extender or possibly the Phalosan Plus.

I am looking for solid advice and guidance.

I am think of possibly using a pump as well. I used a bathmate before.

I’m also considering getting Baseen’s Best Extender or going back and trying the Phalosan Plus.

I’m really need some solid advice and help here.

I don’t want to waste a bunch of money and be disappointed like I was 10 years ago with the Phalosan.

I am also considering a pump and I used the bathmate before.

I see things have changed a lot since I tried extending 10 years ago and there’s got to be some solid insights which extender system works the best.

The Penimaster Complete set for 228.00 seems like a good deal, but I have no clue if that is or isn’t a good deal and if that unit even would work well for me.

As I shared, I used the Phalosan product (400.00 wasted) 10 years ago, and I got tired of it not holding vacuum well enough to get a stretch after using it awhile. I don’t understand why I see so many good reviews on that product.

I used to pump a little with a bathmate that I no longer had.

I gave up after having so many problems with the Phalosan product.

I completely understand your frustration. It’s hard to stay motivated when a device doesn’t perform as promised. That said, these tools have improved over time, and from what I’ve read from other users, the customer service for Phallosan, for instance, seems to be quite attentive to client needs. For this reason, you might want to consider reaching out to their support team to address your concerns before jumping into a purchase just because it’s on sale!

A pump could also be a good compromise compared to an extender. However, my advice is to start with a gradual routine and approach the process with patience. Whatever device you choose, results will come, but they require time, consistency, and a methodical approach.

If you’ve struggled with extenders in the past, you might want to begin with a vacuum pump and complement it with stretches and dry jelqs to maximize the effectiveness of your workouts. One question though: have you tried a newbie routine before using advanced tools?

Best regards!

I Don't Know What To Get

I’m having a difficult time deciding what to do.

I’m 60 years old now . I used to PE about 10 years ago . I would like to get back into it and try to gain an inch.

I’d like to do it in a way where I’m not wasting a bunch of money on equipment that I’m not satisfied with. I’m Looking for something that definitely works well and is safe and effective.

I had the Phallosan 10 years ago, but got tired of it after a month when the unit would not hold vacuum. I eventually threw it out. I realize now all I needed to do and I say was get better sleeves.

I really wish I would have kept the Phallosan. Now so I would at least have something to get started with.

These are my thoughts and the options that I’m considering.

I’m looking for a device that works similar to the Phallosan since I liked it when it worked.

I believe the vacuum cup method is the safest and probably most consistent method for where I’m at at this time.

I would like to get a device that I can wear all day with some type of quality belt setup that has a way to verify tension so I don’t injure myself similar to Phallosan.

I would also be able to like this system to have an extender. So I can both do all day stretching with the belt as well as switching it up and using the extender.

The challenge with the belt systems is most of them do not have a system to monitor tension like the Phallosan does.

The following are the different options I’m considering.

Buy the new Phallosan Forte and pay a fortune

I went online and looked at the Silistretcher which seems to be a decent belt system.

On Bassems site there is a 124.00 vacuum cup system that has a spinner on the end that you turn to create the vacuum and comes with a belt.

I have also considered his extender called The Epic extender which I could get for $199 with cups. The issue I don’t like about an extender like that. The extender appears to be high quality but it seems like it’s pretty bulky and a person would have to just sit there in a chair and hold on to it to do stretching.

There is also what appears to be a nice looking ADS belt unit on Baseeem’s shop. Called best extender ADS

The other option is to go to AliExpress or eBay and buy the cheap system that has the cheaper looking extender, belt and cups and hope that it works.

There is also a system on AliExpress and eBay that has the cup with the spinner on the end similar to the one on Baseems site for 124.00.

There is the size Master Pro. Which has the cheap looking extender and the blue plastic cups and the belt. This of course is more expensive than the one on Ali Express and eBay

I looked online at the AutoExtender system and it’s hard to tell from the pictures exactly what you get and how it works. It’s hard to tell how good the extender is from the pictures. I’ve heard that people are having a hard time making contact with that shop.
