Jelq Form Messed Up Because of Scrotum
Hey,
Yesterday my workout was not very efficient. I’m having some pretty bothering issues with my jelqing form.
What happens is that my scrotum size is much bigger than my flaccid penis, when i’m jelqing with like 50% erection, my scrotum skin gets on the way of the jelq - that onlly happens with the right hand - and the scrotum skin ends up being pulled as well, this mess up my jelq form a lot. Keep in mind that i DON’T have turkey neck. The scrotum skin just gets in the way at the start of the jelq.
I would be very grateful if you guys could answer me these 2 questions:
1- What can i do to overcome this scrotum skin problem when jelqing? It is messing up my form, i tried to use a scrunchie in my scrotum and it helps in the first 5 min of the exercise, but then it starts to get loose and ends up falling off and i have to stop the jelqs in the middle of the routine to put it again, this is really messing up my jelqing workout. I have zero problems with stretching, but jelqing is being hard.
2- Is it true that we should do jelqing only using pressure on the sides of the penis? I’ve read in this forum that you should not put pressure on the front (becase of frenulum) and back of the penis, just in the sides, to avoid injury, is that correct? If so, how do i do that? I tried the “pinch” grip to only target the sides but i can’t perform a lower grip (starting the jelqing from the beggining of penis) with this pinch one, only with “ok” grip. What do i do?
