Jelq hand position.....

From what I have read, the overhand “OK” is the practice used by most, but I’d be curious to know if anyone out there use an underhand approach?

I am 2+ months into my PE journey, and go overhand with my jelgs, but I’ve done a few reps underhand, just to see if there’s a difference. I know that some talk about the bundle of nerves on the top of the penis near the glans, but I didn’t notice a difference in pressure in that area between the over and underhand grips.

Thoughts?

Well I don’t know about the rest, but I mostly use the underhand position with higher erection levels, and the overhand with the lower levels. But I don’t think there is a significant difference.

Same like Chicken. With underhand I can push more blood on CS to the head, and with overhand I push more on CC.

It’s part of the penis anatomy. Corpus Spongiosum and Corpus Cavernosa.

Gotcha….and thanks. I’m familiar with the anatomy, but I wasn’t making the connection with the abreviations.

I Actually put the palm on the side of my penis. But with my fingers, I put pressure in a C grip.
