Jelq help

Hey guys.it seems to take me 15 minutes to get good 200, 3 second jelqs in.on the newbie routine it says 10 min (200 strokes).should I go by minutes or strokes?? Thanks! Dry jelqs that is

Do wet jelqs, jelq slower it is even better.

The reason I do dry jelqs is because I’m uncut, so I thought it would be easier to dry jelq than wet jelq

At the slow rate you get better results. I wouldn’t worry about the time it take you to do 200 Jelqs as long as you do them. As KP stated wet Jelqing works best for uncut.

Oh, I see then you will definitively want to jelq slower, if I’m not mistaken and I may be going out on a limb here but I think the un-cut may be more prone to injuries. I’m cut.

Friction burning seems to be the problem that occurs from dry jelqing.

KP I think you hit right on the head about the friction that is created by dry Jelqing for uncut guys.

Still, I often tell un-cut dudes to use a oil base lube like hand and body lotion and use alot of it.
We share the same philosophy on jelqing speed. I do believe the slower the jelq the faster the dick growth.

I go by time, it is much easier to set a timer than to count 200+jelqs. When I time myself, I find that I get more high quality jelqs than if I count indiidual strokes. Also, I find dry jelqing works better for me than wet, mostly because I feel more blood moving than with using lube. Im uncut BTW.
