Jelq In Morning and Stretch In Evening?
Just as the title suggests, I am wondering if anyone splits up their daily routine? Mornings are so hectic for me that I feel if I just did my warm ups and Jelqs in the morning and after work sometime, did another warm up and stretch if that would be any different than doing it at the same time.
I wake up at 5am just to get a PE session in before anyone wakes up. Then I also have a weightlifting workout session I typically do before work as well as cooking breakfast and lunch for the day and getting kids ready for school. Jelqing is where I need the most privacy and not so much with the stretching. The other morning when I had my brother staying a few days with me, he got up early too and knocked on the door just as I was starting and after that I couldn’t get anything done and had to quit for the day. Got maybe 50 jelqs in that morning.
