Leave out the erect jelqing - this is for advanced PEers only! You need to work up to this and aproach it with a great deal of caution as it can lead to thrombosed veins and blood discharge from the urethra which will most definitely have adverse effects on your gains!
You need to work on your jelqing technique. Start with a 30% - 50% erection, lube up well, make a fairly tight “OK” symbol with your hand at the base of the penis and slowly slide it, stretching as you go, toward the head of the penis. Force the trapped blood toward the head and stop just short of the head. Don’t be too forceful, your penis is not used to this and it’s very easy to overdo it and cause an injury. If you get an erection, wait till it subsides - it will soon get the message that it’s exersize, not sex! Learn how to master the technique then gradually, over weeks and months, increase the intensity/duration.
Remember, easy does it - it’s a potent exersize and, if you force things too quickly it will only lead to injury.
You might also like to try doing your stretches after jelqing rather than before.
