Is it normal that when you Jelq using the newbie methods (for example the dry jelq) after the final warm up your penis looks thicker.. But not around the base of the penis..

I feel like I’m thickening the penis, but not on the base.

Am I doing it wrong?

It’s called baseball bat effect.

In my experience it comes up when I jelq with a low erction level.

Can be the donut effect, also. Look it up.

Thanks for the help. Yes, I DO jelq with less erection level then the example video, I’ll try to have more powerful erections.. If not I’ll try some sort of clamping.

The baseball bat effect is only a temporary effect in my experience: you’re not really increasing the girth in the upper part of your shaft, it’s just the way your dick looks like after the workout. So in my opinion you don’t need to do reverse jelq. You would need to do them only if the day after a workout your erect dick seems to be larger in the upper part. Don’t consider the flaccid state. When I’ll be finished with the conditioning period, I’ll do jelq at a low erection level, because I’m looking for length, and I won’t mind about baseball bat effect. May some vets confirm what I’m saying, I’m a newbie too!
