Thank’s alot firegoat, couldn’t have asked for a better reply to my first post. What you have described as turkey neck sums it up, it seemed worse during the stretching exercises and put me off p.e after about 3 months of the first time I started. In that time I guess I gained about 1-2cm length but this has since gone.

Is this normal ? As I had not then found this site and new nothing about kegels. Also my first concern isn’t growth ( although this would be welcome) but maintaining a full and healhty erection. Thanks again .

Yes you need to ‘cement’ gains; just do a lighter routine for a while to keep the gains you get. An ongoing maintenance routine of just medium strength jelqing and kegels is the best thing for keeping gains and for maintaining a full and healthy erection.
