Jelq Speed
Hello
I recently resumed/started properly some PE, and have a few questions about the Newbie (although slightly modified - I want to take it fairly slow and not dive head first and fuck myself over.)
-I start off with a 5-10 min warmup using a rice sock - depending on how long it remains warm.
-Then I jelq - I only do 100 strokes, but do 5 seconds/stroke. I feel that any less doesn’t really squeeze/feel much. I started a few days ago, and plan to add 10 jelqs every 2 weeks for the duration of this program before remeasure (3 months - around 12 weeks), so by the end I am doing around 160.
-I stretch for 5 mins (30 sec up/down/out/up-left/up-right/down again, 1min rotary each way), and again, plan to slowly increase it to 10 minutes over the period of the routine.
-I then warm down - I usually kind-of take a quick 3 min shower.
-I am doing 4 days a week - Day 2, Day 4, Day 6, Day 7, therefore giving enough time for recovery.
So my questions - is this good? I know it’s a big different from the newbie routine, but I think I have modified it well (have been reading about for a few months). My main question - is the jelq idea ok? I feel I am doing more work doing longer jelqs, but doing fewer of them, than overloading with shitload of quick jelqs..
Thanks
