In the newbie routine:

5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap

Does the “10 min of jelq” mean wet or dry? I would choose which to do myself but I’m totally new and don’t know which to do.

Also, is Jelqing necessary for me if I only want to see length gains? I’m 5” long not measured from the bone and about 5.6” from the bone. My girth is fine, I don’t care about that at this point and I just want to see length gains. I wish to be 6.5”-7” and I was wondering if 5 minutes of manual stretching would help me attain this goal (or at least start me in the right direction)?

Do it wet. See how it turns out then read about dry stuff in a bit. If you are new like you say you are, I would fear that the dry would rough your dick up bad. Once you get used to it, it should be no problem, but toughen yourself up with wet jelqs for a few weeks.

Jelqing is like football camp calisthenics for the NFL players. It gets the unit in shape even if you don’t see anything directly from it. This conditioning allows you to better resist injury, pain, irritation, etc…

It is very uncommon to see massive gains from jelqing alone. But it has happened before to a few guys on the board. The & of erection used in jelqing determines what measurement should be raised. The lower the %, the more it works for length. While just the opposite holds true for girth. The higher the % the more it targets girth.

Stretching really shouldn’t hurt you at all. I myself would wait a week or two after you started this to throw some stretching. The only reason I say this, is that you can really have mastered all jelqing first. So many thinks at once can slow you down and confuse a person. I find it best to err on the side of caution when starting out, but that is just me. Patience is a requirement with this stuff.

They also say wet jelqs target length, dry jelqs target girth. Feels that way for me. I tend to feel more of a lengthening stretch when I wet jelq and more of a stretch girthwise when I dry jelq.

As TT says, do wet jelqing first, and then if you find yourself wanting more girth with your new length throw in some dry jelqs. By then your unit should be conditioned enough to handle them.

Wow Rifor you gained an inch in 7 months?did you start out with the newbie routine? I WISH I was 6.5-7!

Well thats put it in perspective for me. Never saw my gains like that before, but thinking about it, 7 months is pretty quick for an inch I suppose. Yeah I did gain that much in 7 months, but I think a lot was due to what I think of as just increasing the overall health of the organ, which is what I think newbie gains are (for those who gain a lot quickly, like I gained a lot of my length in the first 3 months due to just making my penis healthier).

Recently though my length hasn’t changed, and my girth fluctuates between 4.75 and 5”, but 5” is my maximum that I can get when extremely aroused, so I keep it in my signature. Although I might put it down to 4.9” or whatever I measure on average as its possible I actually lost a bit of girth in the last few months.

I haven’t been keeping up with any routine you see. I’ve just been doing a few jelqs and stretches here and the odd clamp session there. I think that just maintained my current size but didn’t add anything extra, which would explain why I haven’t lost anything on the long semi-break I’ve just had when I did lose some on the first break I had.

Anyway, to answer your question, I pretty much did follow the newbie routine, only adding dry jelqs and ulis later. I’ve also added horse440s to my latest routine which I am going to stick to from now on, until my next scheduled break (my other breaks weren’t scheduled, but I couldn’t help it really due to situations and a time-demanding gf, not that I mind that of course! :D ).

You’ve given me new hope helpme7. With no gains in the last 3 months I thought perhaps I had gained all I could, but then you just pointed out the speeds of my previous gains to me, something I should have been able to see, and now I remember that it was because I was a lot more active with PE back then. Sometimes thats what it takes to get someone back on the right track - pointing out the obvious - and hopefully I can acheive my goals by this time next year. And hopefully you’ll acheive your goals by the time you want too! Thank you helpme7. :)

No problem Rifor. I only hope to be in your position 7 months from now. An inch would be the BIGGEST confidence booster for me. I would be amazed if I can get that! Keep up the good work, hope to see you at 8” next time you report in.

An inch would definitely help me too. Keep working at it and you reach your goal, i know i will.

i’m 31. does anyone know how to enlarge penis size with doing in home exercise. my penis is small 4 inch but want more bigger size any honest ideas would be very helpful.
