Better for length: manual jelqing or the power jelq device?

I’ve had the power jelq device for a year and half. If I manual jelq I could stretch my penis more than using the power jelq. I can also hit the sides of my penis more. On the other hand, the power jelq gives my penis a more engorged look to it after a session. The only downside of the device is it doesn’t hit the sides, only the top and bottom. I’m wondering what you guys think is the better way for an increase length, manual jelqing or the power jelq. There is this guy named New Jelqer in the power jelq forum and he claims he gained 2.25 inches nbpel in 4 months. Members have been asking for the routine he uses, but he doesn’t want to share it to anyone. Talk about greedy!! I normally jelq for about 10-15 minutes after 2 hours of hanging 6 days week. Is this too little or should I rest more?

I used the Power-Jelq for ten solid months and gained a half inch of length, but little to no girth. I think you can get a better stretch with the device.
I switched over to manual jelqing and I think it’s better, but you should jelq longer… like for a half hour or more. I don’t think 15 minutes is enough.

It’s very frustrating, I know.

I think prickle meant to say “I think you can get a better stretch without the device” rather than with it. Can I pick choice ‘C’…hanging? Also maybe this guy “New Jelqer” is just jerking everyones chain. That may be why he wont give up his magic routine.

I saw on the PJ tutorial video the guy clamping down hard and pulling at the end of a jelq stroke to illustrate how you can get a little added stretch. Just be sure you don’t do that part of the routine whatever you do. The top of the shaft right behind the head contains a bundle of nerves that you want to steer clear of whenever possible.

I believe it’s crucial to place stress on the sides of your penis, as this seems to more deeply involve the cavernosa. Putting excess pressure on the top works the smaller spongiosum & stresses the delicate network of nerves that you generally want to avoid. I use only my hands & I get a helluva pump from jelqs - especially wet jelqs. After I cleanup, I powder my penis & do my stretching. To finish things off, I do some dry jelqs at the end, then hot wrap. And the gains have been coming.

P.S., I quit smoking 13.5 months ago, and I’ve drastically cut back on my caffeine intake the past few weeks - which, incidentally, is when a new cycle of growth appeared for me.

I feel like my gains have been so darn difficult.
It’s nice to hear that you had a growth spurt coincidentally to your giving up nicotine and caffeine because I just quit smoking about months ago and have cut my caffeine down to one cup a day.

If only there were a way to jelq with my fingers corssed. :)

You can get a nice stretch while jelqing with the device. Of course, if it’s a stretch you want, just use your hand(s).

Try turning the PJ so the rollers are vertical. I’ve begun doing this , mostly and get a better jelq thqn with the rollers horizontal. I’ve begun a routine of approx 100(or 150) PJs followed by pumping 5 min @5Hg for one set. I’m now up to seven or eight sets every other day. I only recently started this routine, I got the PJ about a year and a half ago and used it for one month at which time I received my BIB which I used for a year with no results. So I’ve returned to the PJ plus pump. I’ve only been doing routine for one month and will report results after 3 months. Getting back to the PJ, after resumming PJ exercises idoublechecked PJ website for recommended frequency. I believe Ron recommends every other day exercise with off days rest. I mainly dovertical jelqs, felling the compression I get with the resistance of the side chambers is superior to horizontal jelq(I also stay away from the nerves on the top of the penis in the glans area)

When I use the homemade power jelqer it only squeezes the top and bottom, would it be better do them with my hand so I can get the sides or a little of both? I thought about alternating between sideways and regular jelqs with the homemade jelqer also.

When I jelqed I got like a little bit of chafing on my nut sack anyone know why

And are you supposed to start your jelq from the extreme base?

I am totally new to PE but find your discussion interesting. Do you mean too much smoking an caffein in take affects PE.

I’ve had no experience with the power jelq device. However, I’m at almost 3 months doing PE and manual jelqing has been the backbone of my routine (being complemented nicely by manual stretches, fowfers and some clamps/squeezes). I’m closing in on .5” length gains.


2/11/11: 7.75" BPEL, 6" BSEG, 5.5" MSEG

6/4/11: 8.4" BPEL, 6.375" BSEG, 5.8" MSEG

Just started again, another new measurement coming soon; I'm pretty close to that June '11 though.

That makes zero sense, your dorsal nerve goes all the way down your penis from pubic area to the head. So you’re definitely jelqing a nerve either way. Like I don’t understand how to not jelq a nerve lol
