You may have read that somewhere. But it could have easily been someone else describing their routine and how they count when they do their customized or tweaked exercises.

btw to whoever will be reading in the future i did a session today using the two hands technique and it’s actually completely different. i think it works better this way because of the blood that you feel being accumulated between the two ok-grips.

a weird thing was that with one-hand erection level while jelqing was 70-100% but today with two hands it was 60-80%.

Thanks for the thread. I’m a newbie. Just learning. Is it really okay to take “80 minutes” to do 200 jelqs? Seems like way too much. I limit my jelqing to 10 minutes, no matter how many jelqs I finish to prevent injury. Is that wrong?

Preventing injury and conditioning should be your number one goal as a newbie. So you are on the right track.

I would count the strokes during the ten minutes though. The more information you have on your routine and your dick the more you will be able to assess your routine and what works for you.

Hmm very interesting.Wonder why I havent known this type of technique and I am into PE for 2.5 years.At first I was just jelqing with both hands switching, then as a more effective way I read that you should clamp at the base with one of your hands and jelq with the other and then clamp with the latter again and jelq with the other, thus trapping blood and creating more expansion.But never heard about clamping below the head and jelqing upward while holding the clamp.I suppose this will result in more expansion.Glad I read that

Preventing injury and conditioning. Not preventing conditioning. Anyways yes. Don’t work your unit too hard to start (preventing injury). Work your way up to more intense exercises (conditioning).
