Jelqing is the primary exercise for erect gains.So explain why you are having trouble jelqing, is it just maintaining a 60% erection while jelqing? If you warm up stretch before you jelq this may help.
Also are you kegeling before you do the jelq? This may help maintain the erection during the jelq.
Do you have trouble maintain an erection period like during sex or masturbation?

I’ll give you a brief history; Met my girlfriend over 8 years ago when I was 19. Prior to this, I was pretty hit and miss in bed - most sex I had was while under the influence, so sometimes I couldn’t get it fully up and others I’d fire off straight away; basically very inconsistent and looking back I couldn’t tell you whether I suffered ED or not, but I don’t think so.
I am pretty sure that I have suffered from ED for the majority of our relationship. I blame a few things, firstly she is either too large or I am too small because I find very little stimulation from having sex with her and I enjoy oral far more. Secondly, sometimes when I masturbate I tend not to get a full erection until I am about to ejaculate and sometimes not even then - I am afraid that I am building up a subconscious connection that I don’t need to be hard to have sex.
Since joining the site I have had a look back over my erection history and found the following;
1. I rarely get morning wood and if I do, it’s due primarily to needing to piss - never more than 60% erection
2. When I get hard it drains very quickly again e.g. When getting a blow job; I might get fairly hard but if she goes to give me a kiss on the lips or stop for even 10 seconds my erection really starts to subside.
3. I have taken viagra once and got a, what I would consider, 100% erection. From a size and firmness perspective, I have never had an erection similar to this before or since.
4. As soon as I come I lose my erection and won’t be able to get a decent one for at least a couple of hours.
5. I would rate my erection level at 80-90% on a good day but I always tend to lose it during sex except when I am about to come.
Kingpole, when jelqing I keep losing my erection every 4 or 5 strokes even while keeping porn on in the background. I then need to masturbate myself hard again. But when I say hard I mean 50-60% - any higher and it would take too long. The only way I can maintain a better erection is if I leave one hand at the base keeping my skin pulled taut back away from the head (I am uncut). Then using the other hand, I can keep jelqing. This is a better technique for me but I am not sure of it’s effectiveness. By the way kegeling while jelqing does very little good for me, also I always stretch and warm up before jelqing.
I don’t feel like I am hard enough for the jelqing as I feel no pressure on my penis except for the head at the end of each (effective) stroke. I.e. Some strokes whilst losing my erection all I can feel is a stretch
I am worried that I have a bad case of ED and have started Kegeling a lot, but if my viagra erection is considered 100%; I have never had a natural 100% erection in my life.
I would be really grateful if you had some feedback or advice for me.
