I read that jelqing is mainly a length exercise if you do it at low erection levels and mainly a girth exercise when you do it at higher erection level. Now my question is this: Is the methods you described mainly for girth or length gains?
I jelq after stretching, because my penis is usually quite soft, and I see jelqing as a way of bringing it back to life and getting more from my stretching (I masturbate a lot without ejaculating for the same reason). I find it difficult, however, to jelq at anything but very high erection levels (especially at the base because it is very soft from the stretching I think). I also have problems maintaining my erection level while jelqing. I’ve tried with porn and kegeling and it helped a bit, but it’s still a problem - the blood seems to leave my penis. Therefore my jelqing sections usually takes very long, are not very good and are different each time.
I might try jelqing before stretching. And from what you wrote I definitely need to slow down! I’ve been PEing (only stretches and jelqs) 6 days a week for some time now (have really been dedicated), but a few days ago the little fellow had had enough - I over trained :( - so I’ll give him some rest now.
With respect to the jelqing, you are talking about stretching the penis to it’s’ limit for 5-10 minutes. I’m usually stretching for at least 30 seconds in seven direction (SD, DR (Down Right), DL, UR (Up Right), UL, Up and SO) and doing this twice. I’m mainly going for tunica stretching so I figured longer (and maybe a little lighter) stretching would be more effective. This might not be a good idea, or? Did anybody try the static stretcher, and does it work?
Have not been gaining much, maybe a bit (keep myself from measuring). But my penis seemed bigger and better than ever before until a couple of days ago, when I overdid the stretching.
