Yes, it has also showed me the first length gain. It’s around 1/8” but actually that’s a lot for a short period, enough to make me continue this.

Thanks for your advice, however it seemed to give more results every next day I jelqed consecutively. I had to force myself not to jelq for a sixth consecutive day. :D

For now I will continue with a 5/2 on/off workout. My flaccid just became huge after the fifth day, it’s looks erect but it is completely flaccid.
(Just on that day I had a date with a horny girl who just loved to rub her pussy up against it! LOL!! PE rules!) :p

Because of me doing some weightlifting, I’m on a high-protein diet now. I believe it might also support the penis’s growth.
All human tissues pretty much consist of amino-acid’s (Building blocks of protein) and water. And I also drink a lot of that.

My penis has seemed to have even grown during the rest days.. This morning I had some wood and it just looked and felt huge.

I can’t wait to see what it’s like in a month or two. :D

Glad to see it is working for you. Jelqing has the tendency to have a staying effect if your consistent and don’t over do. Protein is the growing compound of all body tissues. But so is oxygen and blood saturation. Is the blood that expands the erection enough. My doctor told me when I was anemic that all males are slightly anemic. I do believe aerobic activity greatly supports PE as well. Walking being the best of the arobic activities because it does not catabolize muscle and other lean body tissues. Lunge type exersie and groin stretches infuse the groin area with blood and oxygen as well. Leg press and the aductor machine and abductor machine at the gym also do this well to. Even though it ain’t a compound exercise.

Thank you for your detailed explanation on jelqing. I just tried it for 2 days now. I want to clarify one thing.

You mentioned that the grip just below the head should NOT be tight. Now I realize what I did was wrong because I put too much pressure on the grip before the head and it did get a little uncomfortable. I felt like the head had too much blood in it.. Lol

So basically, the purpose of using the second grip below the head is to hold and position the whole shaft for easier gripping right??

Yes, and I do believe it adds volume to the penis trapping blood briefly in the cavernosum chambers longer if their is a lighter grip constantly at the neck of the penis just before the glans. And with a 50-70% erection it provides a little stretch if you slightly pull downward, but not to hard, little is the key here. You can manipulate and guide the penis better as the base grip moves down the shaft.
Sometimes the penis turns at weak spots, this helps to prevent that.

This helps explain why I feel a little sore around the rim of my head. I am uncut so that part is especially more sensitive.

Another thing I noticed is that when I slide my OK grip slowly towards the head, my head tends enlarge and red..

I guess what I was confused about wet jelqing was that I thought the purpose of having one grip at the neck was to stretch. That was why I tightened up the grip. So now that you have clarified, I think the real stretching comes from the base grip sliding slowly towards the end of the neck.

Another question for you (sorry.. Lol). Once the base grip slides down (or up) near the neck grip, should I apply even more pressure just before I let go of the neck grip? (Almost like increasing pressure of the grip)

Should I even hold for a couple seconds at the neck of the penis?

I’m pleasantly surprised by the measurements.

However they aren’t real starting measurements because I’m sure I’ve already gained a little length and girth.

You can hold the grip above or below the glans depending on the fact that you jelq standing or laying. I’ve recently discovered that this method seems to give me more control if I’m standing or sitting rather than laying. I’ve been doing the laying jelqing for the last six months. Yesterday in the shower I applied hair conditioner as a lube and yanked out twenty jelqs standing if seemed better for me to do this. Perhaps changing your position frequently from laying to standing to sitting could also spark growth.

I have been trying to do what you do, but my arms (or dick) are not long enough to do it laying down. I can’t grab below the glans well in that position and I get cramps in my back.

I usually do my jelqs while standing with one leg on a chair. One leg on the chair and the opposite hand doing the jelqing, then change to the other leg and other hand. Since I do about 400-500+ slow jelqs, sometimes I give myself a rest by doing it sitting. In all cases, the jelqing I do is by pushing my dick downward towards the floor, with very slow (about 10 seconds since it’s still a short dick :mad: ) downward strokes.

I truly believe your way has helped me. I haven’t measured again since May 15th, and will not again until JUN 14th, but I can definitely see girth gains. It’s just not the same dick, almost like it belongs to someone else and is attached to my body. Length, I do not know.
