hi, yeah, I have been doing PE for quite a while, all different stuff, say maybe 9 months, no gains. But I have had a fairly long break, maybe about 2 months, does that mean that I need to start from scratch at building up to that level? or does your penis remain the same from the exercises?

I wanted to do the horses, because my dick is thinner near the bottom, and that way I would see proof if any change occured. My girlfriend’s ex was a freak and had an 11 inch dick, and mine is roughly 5.5EL and 4.5EG. So I am quite depressed about it, I have even hurt myself a few times trying so damn hard. I really can’t seem to let it go, she has had 2 kids too, so I am worried I wont be able to make her orgasm. I have had sex with her before and I couldn’t thrust very far, and it got me seriously down, even thought about taking anti-depressants. Thanks if any of you guys can help. Rundown, you’ll have to ease back into PE after 2 months off. Lengthy breaks allow the tissues to decondition.

I don’t know what exercises and routine you did before, but “all different stuff” in only 9 months sounds like you may have not stuck with a single plan long enough to get results. You’ve also hurt yourself, which indicates you may have been overtraining. Beating the hell out of your dick only makes it angry and rebellious, not willing to grow. :)

I suggest you follow the newbie routine for a few months. Then you can work into some Ulis and eventually other squeezes such as Horse 440’s.

Thank you Hobby, you are most certainly right. I used to jelq but I always had trouble with the skin getting in the way, the piece that attaches my balls to the bottom of my penis, so I had to always do an over hand jelq. When I pulled my balls back then I could achieve the underhand grip, but the head didn’t seem to expand as much when I done this… Any comments on doing it this way? Also, should I be doing the exercises with my foreskin back? Does the foreskin stop the head of my penis from expanding properly? When im about 60 percent erect I am too hard to jelq, definately, when I get hard - I get very hard, have a nearly vertical erection everytime, I am worried that I am jelqing when too flacid and wont benefit from girth. Also, when manual stretching, it hurts something in my penis when doing the upwards stretch. Thank you guys, I am gaining hope again, you are all so helpful. The skin on the bottom of the shaft in front of your balls is often called a turkey neck, and isn’t unusual. I dry jelq using an overhand grip. Skin in that area doesn’t get pinched because I take my initial grip about 1/3 of the way up the shaft. If your TN extends much farther than that, grip over it. That should work for dry jelqing.

If your foreskin is tight you might need to stretch it out, or it may stretch itself over time. I’m cut. Maybe someone else can comment. Loose skin riding over the head is normal when jelqing.

I assume you meant too soft at 60 percent. Finding and learning to maintain the right level takes practice. Ideally you want to attain and jelq in the state where your penis is full of blood, but not very “erect.” Sometimes I’ll start out too flaccid and get more erect as I continue jelqing. Then when I get too erect I stop until I’m almost flaccid again and repeat. These varying levels of erection along with the brief pauses seem to help me get into the fully engorged state I want for jelqing.

Where does it hurt? Where you grip, in the shaft, at the base?

I grip just below the head of my penis in a “jelq” kinda grip and pull out. It doesn’t hurt using this method to stretch in other directions, just when I do the upwards one.

Well, my girlfriend had an ex who was 10 inches long and was sleeping with him for 7 years, so I can’t even imagine how thick that would have made him, probably huge, so my insecurity keeps growing, she has also had 2 children. She hasn’t had sex in a year, does this mean she will naturally get a bit tighter? She also does pc exercises, but I feel that my 5.5 inch girth won’t be felt either way. Have you any information on them cyberskin penis extentions? they slip over your penis and can add 3 inches… You have any comments on these? or does anyone else? At least it would allow me to thrust like I want to, it would put me up to 8.5 inches. Because I get very annoyed with my lame 5.5inches of thrusting.

If it hurts stretching up, don’t do that direction for now. You could try stretching to the sides and upward to the sides, or whatever direction that is close but doesn’t cause pain.

I had some pain from stretching when I began PE. In fact, I wondered if I’d be able to PE at all. I felt it near the head, but later discovered it was being referred from the base. After a few months of easy stretching with a lot of time off between sessions it went away and hasn’t been a problem since.

Determine your LOT. If it’s relatively high you should be stretching down anyway. If it’s low, work on outward and medium-upper angles that aren’t painful. In time you’ll be able to comfortably stretch straight up.

Yeah, and the fish I caught was t..h…..i…….s big. Women don’t estimate size very well, which has been discussed many times here. And if he really was 10”, deal with it. Someone will always have a bigger dick than you, make more money, have more power, be more humorous, considerate, intelligent, loyal, loving, etc. She must like the combination of your attributes because she is with you.

And cheer up because dick size is something you can improve. ;)

I don’t know about the extender things. Personally, I wouldn’t have used one, and I started out at 5.5” BP x 4.25” midshaft - a little smaller than you. I had some damn good sex at that size and no complaints about my dick.
