Hey Guys,

I’ve been reading posts here for a few months now and finally got an account when they opened up registration. I wanted to say first of all that you all seem like a swell bunch of people. I’m kind of surprised everyone is so motivated to help each other and so intent on encouraging each other and etc. I’m not sure if it’s the mods doing a good job or people in the forum are just that way in general.

I have a question also (my first post). I’ve been jelqing following the newbie routine but have found that jelqing seems to affect my foreskin (I’m uncut). The day after I jelq the foreskin is swollen and looks really thick when I have it peeled back (almost like a donut). It’s not as strange looking when I’m erect but that’ s probably because it is stretched out a bit and also relative to an erect penis looks smaller. Furthermore, I’ve noticed that my foreskin has already become permanently thicker. How do I prevent this? I don’t want to continue jelqing if my foreskin is going to keep getting bigger. Has anyone else ever come across this problem?

It’s a bit difficult to say what is the cause, as you have just started. It may just be that the foreskin is reacting to being pulled. Or you may be jelqing etc a bit too hard.

So for starters, cut down on the pressure you use when jelqing and stretching to about half of what you were doing. both in pressure (grip) and actual pull

But first give things rest for a week or until things return to normal. A nuisance I know. But if it is inflamed by the exercises then it won’t go down quickly.

Like all forms of exercise if you suddenly start say, weightlifting you will feel sore for a few days.

The swelling is a build up of Lymph. Generally an indication of tissue being overworked.

I think everyone wants to help cause we’re all in it together. I mean like a car club we’ve all something in common and we’re excited about it (well I am).

Good advise above, I also get a bit of swelling/fluid build up. Have you read the bit on donut effect in effects of PE?
I’ve found a good warm up and not being to hasty to ramp up the pressure helps to stop a fluid buildup.
After doing PE to help reduce swelling try hot and cold treatment for 5 min each alternating for a bit. Start with cold to reduce swelling, then hot to open blood vessels wide to allow recovery, then cold, then hot and so on, finish on a warm wrap. I’d use a hot Bennie and a cold gel pack.
