Will jelqing at low erections levels also give you good erection quality. My dick isn’t a firm as it used to be and I need extra length so I was thinking at doing low erection level jelqs. At what levels are good for length gain?

I would definitely say to stick to the newbie routine of 60-80% erect to stay away from injury! That is the most important thing to think about first. You only have one dick, but there is a 1000 ways to hurt it!

I’ve been doing it off and on for about 4 months. Been on a 1 month break.

Jelquing is good to limber up the penis, it will help to break up any plaques that might be lingering and it generally promotes blood flow.

So, yes, it does help.

However the best thing you can do for erectile firmness is Kegel. Whether this is the non-erect Kegels recommended as part of the Newbie Routine, or erect Kegels and their variations, such as the Wally Wally Up, a daily regimen of 50 - 100 Kegels should produce noticeable changes in the firmness of your erection.

As far as length gains and jelquing: it is recommended that one jelq with between a 60% to 80% erection. It generally considered true that if you jelq at the lower and of the erection scale (60%) you will promote length gains, as this is closer to stretching, whereas if you jelq at higher erection levels (80%) you will promote girth gains as this is more of a squeeze.

It goes without saying that if you want greater length ten thirty-second stretches in all directions will be of help.

Always warm-up thoroughly and if at all possible stay warm throughout your routine.

What is the reason you are on break? I would definitely do them at least 60% erect. I don’t think you want injury coming back after break. Just take it easy and slow to start back off.

If he jelqs at lower erection levels then it isn’t called jelqing, it’s called stretching. I wouldn’t think that would be dangerous exactly.

Though I do agree generally that it’s better to take slow and steady, particularly after an injury. The Newbie Routine is pretty reliable; even if it doesn’t give you any gains it will condition you, and promote firmer healthier erections (this is assuming it’s done properly and not over zealously).

It’s a good way to start back.

And warm-ups are key.

I’ve actually been up and down on PEing for the fear of discoloration. I don’t know if I want to take that risk. But I’d be so happy to gain an inch(would make me 7.3bpel and 7.5bpel on a good day). I just don’t know if manual stretches/jelqing can get me there. I don’t want to do devices.

I’d say manual stretching and jelqing can get you and inch of length. I’ve gained almost an inch now in just over two months, and I’ve done the newbie routine almost that whole time. (Mind you, part of these gains were due to better EQ, and better measurement methods) But even so..

Just take it slow and whatever gains come, will come.
