So been doing the newbie routine which includes 10 min of jelqing; on average how many jelqs should you be doing in those 10min or does that not matter?

Just watch your stroke duration, which should be at least 3 seconds.

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

You don’t gain by doing more jelqs, but from time under pressure. So less jelqs will mean longer time under pressure. Try to have 5 seconds long jelqs.
