Jelqing Focus

Hi all,

Could you tell me, are both palms down and palms up jelq grip geared towards girth increase? And if so, would a palms up grip work girth in the CS where the palms down would be more in the CC?

No. Jelqing works length and girth a bit. If you really want to focus on girth and have a lot of experience, consider the Horse440, Uli#3 or Jelq Squeeze.

If you’re new, ignore that and carry on jelqing. It’ll take you 6 months to perfect and set you up for these exercises later.
