Jelqing for 3 years, almost no progress

After the routine what we see is temporary expansion. Usual protocol to identify actual growth is to rest for 2 to 3 days then take the measurements.

Yeah, I know, that’s how I do it too. And my measurements are exactly the same as the ones I started with.. I never, not once, got past that same 13.5cm when measuring as you described throughout these 3 years :/

Time to stop jelqing and doing something totally different.
I´d go straight to extender and 8-12 hours a day/ 700 grams of tension/ for 6 months.

The answer for your lack of success could be painful. Jelqing is a waste of time, and stretching is a boring and dangerous approach. Real penis enlargement is only for those lucky people that understand the basic concept about how to stretch the living tissue.

I think extender won’t give you girth. However my experience doing mostly only extender is the girth gains come with insignificant amounts of clamp or pump.

If you can’t get fully hard for at least an hour after your routine you may be doing too much. You might want to try cutting your routine in half for a month or so and see what happens.

You may also want to incorporate more rest days.

If none of that works, you may want to try an extender, hanging, clamping, or pumping.

I completely disagree. Both techniques yielded nice gains for me.

Well.. All right, I’ll try that. Damn. This is so discouraging. I thought that there will be some simple explanation of what I’m doing wrong. I still feel like this is guesswork.

PE is guesswork. It’s trial an error and what works for some doesn’t for others.When was the last time you had a 2 week break?
