Hi,
My first post here, but I have been practising PE for 3 years now. I would like to ask for some advice, because my progress has been incredibly slow, if any at all. I’ll start from the beginning.
I started stretching and jelqing exercises 3 years ago, when I was 26. My height is 188cm, weight 80kg, fairly athletic, no belly fat (that hasn’t changed in 3 years). My starting size was about 4cm flaccid, 13.5 cm erect (bone pressed), 13cm circumference. I practiced 5 days a week, with a few week-long breaks every few months or so. No porn, masturbating 2 times a week, never within 5 hours of jelqing. My routine is:

1. Warm up with hot towel for 10-15 minutes;
2. Wide “helicopter” stretch 10 times clockwise, 10 times counterclockwise;
3. Stretch left for 30 kegel contractions;
4. Helicopter stretch again, then right stretch with 30 contractions, helicopters, down stretch, helicopters, up stretch.
5. Hot towel again for 5 minutes;
6. V-jelq, 30 times.
7. Ok-grip jelq, 50 times.
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 two more times (240 jelqs in total).
9. Warm down with hot towel again, 10-15 minutes.

Some important points. I am not circumcised. I do dry jelqing. I tried wet (with lube), but it didn’t work. I can’t force enough blood to even make glans expand, and the whole thing is very painful. Dry jelqs work much better for me. I jelq at around 60-70% erect - enough to feel strong pressure, but not painful yet. I often get dark spots on the glans, and swollen, collar-like foreskin after jelqing, but never had any traumas.
After the routine, penis is definitely swollen and much bigger than usual (+ 0.5 cm length, +1 cm circumference, and and VERY sore), but it doesn’t stay that way for long. For an hour or so after the routine, I can’t get fully hard, at least not without a cock ring. And once I recover enough to get hard, I am more or less back to my usual size.
Now, I kept to this routine like mad for these 3 years. But even after so much time, I barely reached 15 cm length (bone-pressed), and my circumference is still the same.
Thing is, my penis shape is very unfortunate. The base is thick, but the core rapidly tapers down very thin at the tip. After jelqing, my glans can expand so much that I can barely wrap my fingers around, but I can only achieve that with a cock ring or in sex positions where I’m on top.
This really puzzles me. My core circumference, even when I’m rock hard, is very thin and not enjoyable (3 out of 4 girls I’ve been with said it’s lacking). With cock ring, especially after jelqing, the soft tissues (glans, skin) become really swollen and I get a massive circumference improvement, a baseball-bat shape.. But it’s only temporary, and I hate having to rely on a cock ring.
Therefore it seems to me that jelqing didn’t increase my core length or circumference, only the maximum expansion of the soft tissues, which I can only get inflated with a cock ring.

TL-DR - jelqing hard for 3 years, almost no progress, penis tapers to thin at the top, glans won’t stay hard without cock ring.

Any advice? Is my routine wrong? It seems already very taxing to me, my penis could barely take any more jelqing in each session. Have I totally wasted these 3 years?

I think lack of rest days is your problem.

Since the day 1 you’ve been running the 5:2 (on : off)?

The routine itself looks balanced and should gifted you something, unless you’re abusing on the intensity. One reckless jelq is enough to crash the party.

Well, to be honest, sometimes I do give myself more off-days.. Sometimes maybe one or two too much. But I do try to stay on the task. How can I determine if I’m over-training or under-training?

Thanks.. I read that, and I determined that I only get the listed Neutral PIs. Never positive or negative. What does it mean?
I also read around, and I think I might have a case of Dorsal Thickening/Septum limiter. Might this be related?

This means you are over your limit. Amazed to see you don’t have any positive PIs. Specially on the first months. Back there you should had all the positive PIs.

Change your schedule and watch the intensity. Don’t pull too hard while stretching and jelq with enough grip to push the blood inside.

As far as schedule go, here’s two ideas to try out: 1 on : 1 off or 2 on : 1 off (weekends off).

I thought you were going to say I’m under-training.. Damn. This is discouraging. Somehow I feel that if I’ll reduce the intensity, I’ll get even less results. I certainly don’t feel overworked. But if you say so..

Two more questions. How do I focus my jelqs so that I expand the penis core more, and not the surface soft tissues (skin, veins, etc.)?

Second question: how do I keep my glans rock hard as if with a cock ring, but without a cock ring? I do kegels almost every day, and I think I got my pelvic muscles strong, but without a ring, my glans are just 1/5th of their potential size, and that makes my penis look and feel even smaller than average.

Do you have a girlfriend or wife? I find my best glans expansion is when Iā€™m playing.

Not at the moment. But when I had girlfriends, I always had soft glans problem too. Girlfriends didn’t fix it, unfortunately.

From what you said, looks like you’re applying the jelqing technique correctly but intensity wise seems to be off. That quantity of jelqs shouldn’t swell the penis that much.

Kegeling everyday could also be part of the problem. Kegel is an muscle workout and requires rest days.

Apply rest days to your kegels aswell and keep the repetition around 50.

A week or two of complete rest is something to thing about at your case. Maybe this could be enough rest to reset your penis back to normal, before start an new regime.

Well, I am on a two-week long trip right now, nearing the end, and I can’t jelq, so it’s like a forced break. My penis has shrunken depressingly small when erect, it’s almost as if I lost my gains and I’m back to 13.5 cm or whereabouts. Somehow I don’t feel this break is doing me any good.. Should I return to my usual regime after this break, like, maybe 2 days on 1 day off, to give more time for recovery? Or increase number of jelqs per session? I feel lost :/

Just because I’m nosy why after 3 years did you come for help? Sooner would have been better. It’s obvious you’re doing something wrong but we’ll figure it out.

Well, I don’t know, I thought that I’m simply not training hard enough (which was true at first), so I gradually increased the intensity, hoping to find the sweet spot that will give results. But it never was. So eventually I got depressed that it’s not working, so I came here. Yeah, I took my time. Thanks, I really appreciate you guys trying to help me out.

Use the PI as your guide. I think if you push further, either on duration or intensity, you will lean toward the development of negative PIs.

The easier route which I would take is to soak for 2 weeks resting then a fresh start on the linear newbie routine.

The rest you need may vary and 2 weeks could not be enough. I would rest until every indicator get restored back up.

Well, all PIs are already back to norm - I mean, everything is fine per that list. No pain, no discoloration, I get morning wood, etc. But the size is just as if I had never done PE. Maybe half a year ago, I had 1 month break - and while all PIs went to normal within a few days, my size was still small. I NEVER had size increase during breaks, no matter how long or short they were. The only time I get bigger size is right after jelqing - and only for a few hours. After that it goes to normal again, and breaks or no breaks - I never see any permanent gains.
