I’d suggest using some form of heat as a warm up. For example, a rice sock. A sock filled with rice that is put into a microwave to get to a comfortable heat level that is then applied to your cock for a few minutes. You can use a heat pad or a warming light. Always be cautious of it being too hot.
On another note, learn how to jelq correctly. What I mean by that is making sure you are at the right erection percentage, you have the appropriate amount of pressure and that your not merely shooting for numbers, but for quality of each and EVERY stroke. Thunders has a video section that can show you how to jelq.
Finally, find a newbie routine and stick to it. Understand that you can make “newbie gains” quicker than being very seasoned as your dick is now reacting to the new stimulus that is jelqing.
Jelqing to me is the most important PE exercise. Use heat, make each and everyone count, and understand that this is not a race but a lifelong journey if you so desire.
