I would like to hear from people that have made gains from jelqing.

How often do you jelq?

1 on, 1 off ?
2 on, 1 off ?
5 on, 2 off ?
Or some other schedule?

You can never start to slow, but you can definitely start to fast. Some peoples body’s move at different speeds as well, some may work well on a 1 on 1 off, while another may benefit best from a 2 on 1 off.

Just starting out with a penis not conditioned, compared to a penis that is well conditioned is the biggest factor deciding this, besides the fact that everyone’s body reacts differently to stimuli.

If you are new to jelqing I would recommend with 1-on-1-off or 1-on-2-off schedule to see how your body responds to the exercise. 5-on-2-off will almost certainly lead to fatigue and will not be conducive to gains in most people. If you are new to this exercise 5-on-2-off seems like it would cause strain or injury relatively easily.

Personally I started with 1-on-1-off and moved on to 2-on-1-off after my body adjusted. In the upcoming weeks I’m going to be experimenting with a 2-on-1-off PE schedule but only using jelqing on one of those days (as in my jelq schedule would be 2-off-1-on.) Sometimes less is more!

It depends. If my work is light or heavy, the rest reflects that. I don’t do well with extended periods off so I tend to take one rest day when I need it.

What I would like to find out though is what frequency did those who gained only from jelqing use.

Example would be something like this:

I was on a 1 on, 1 off routine of jelq only routine and gained 1 inch in 6 months.
