Jelqing: A 2 handed grip
Has anyone used this 2 handed grip while jelqing?
I tried it last night for the first time.
I found that I could also incorporate a jelq hold method into this technique and I want to know if anyone else has used it with some good results or that they had found that it produces the least results.
I will run through the process so that you can get an idea of what I did: I have included an image of the 2 handed grip so that you can actually see how both grips come together.
1 Whilst the penis is semi erect use both hands to grip the penis at the base.
2 Move the 2 handed grip up the penis taking 3 plus seconds to reach the glans
3 With the right hand nearest the glans use an Uli with the right hand grip
4 Firstly move the left hand back to the base performing another Uli hear
5 Now move the right hand back to its original position next to the left hand grip
6 Repeat the technique for a desired amount of reps or time.
I found that with both grips working together I could move more blood up the penis shaft with ease. If you notice in the image I have included; one hand is inverted to the other and this made the grip a more tight grip which encircled my penis much better than just a one handed grip. This trapped more blood thus allowed me to make the jelq more effective.
I could see that not only was I getting a better grip and jelq going; I could also incorporate an Uli at the base and an Uli at the tip all in the same movements.
I am quite sure that his method is not a new one; so I just want to know if anyone has used this technique effectively, or if they have found that it is flawed.
But I am quite sure after using it last night; that this could produce some really good results if I continue to use it.
When I had finished last nights’ session; I noticed that my penis was plump and when I woke this morning it had remained that way.
As for the timing: sometimes it becomes difficult to judge the times used and how many jelqs you can effectively do whilst my penis is at the correct erection level. So I just used a countdown timer on my PC at 3 times 10 minutes, and after each 10 minutes I warmed my penis up for a count of 3 minutes and then completed another 10 minute rep.
If there is anything else I could incorporate into this technique I would welcome these ideas.
