Jelqing: A 2 handed grip

Has anyone used this 2 handed grip while jelqing?
I tried it last night for the first time.
I found that I could also incorporate a jelq hold method into this technique and I want to know if anyone else has used it with some good results or that they had found that it produces the least results.

I will run through the process so that you can get an idea of what I did: I have included an image of the 2 handed grip so that you can actually see how both grips come together.

1 Whilst the penis is semi erect use both hands to grip the penis at the base.
2 Move the 2 handed grip up the penis taking 3 plus seconds to reach the glans
3 With the right hand nearest the glans use an Uli with the right hand grip
4 Firstly move the left hand back to the base performing another Uli hear
5 Now move the right hand back to its original position next to the left hand grip
6 Repeat the technique for a desired amount of reps or time.

I found that with both grips working together I could move more blood up the penis shaft with ease. If you notice in the image I have included; one hand is inverted to the other and this made the grip a more tight grip which encircled my penis much better than just a one handed grip. This trapped more blood thus allowed me to make the jelq more effective.

I could see that not only was I getting a better grip and jelq going; I could also incorporate an Uli at the base and an Uli at the tip all in the same movements.

I am quite sure that his method is not a new one; so I just want to know if anyone has used this technique effectively, or if they have found that it is flawed.

But I am quite sure after using it last night; that this could produce some really good results if I continue to use it.

When I had finished last nights’ session; I noticed that my penis was plump and when I woke this morning it had remained that way.

As for the timing: sometimes it becomes difficult to judge the times used and how many jelqs you can effectively do whilst my penis is at the correct erection level. So I just used a countdown timer on my PC at 3 times 10 minutes, and after each 10 minutes I warmed my penis up for a count of 3 minutes and then completed another 10 minute rep.

If there is anything else I could incorporate into this technique I would welcome these ideas.

Tonight I concentrated on refining this type of jelqing.

What I did was bring my penis to about 60% erect; this level will be adjusted to the individuals preferred levels of course; and using the double grip that I had mentioned earlier in this thread; slid this two handed grip up to the glans where I created a quick Uli with the leading hand; the right hand. This quick Uli was kept in position for a count of 5 seconds whilst I returned the trailing hand; left hand back to its original position at the base of my penis.

At this point, I made another quick Uli with the left hand at the base and held this for a count of 5 seconds. When the Uli count for the leading hand; right hand had finished I returned this hand back to its original position next to my left hand at the base of my penis.

The side by side grips fit suitable together left and right hands when I turn each wrist to accommodate this double grip. The point of this double grip style is one which will effectively trap more blood; which is does; and in turn produces more pressure in my penis; obviously a good thing. Same again; I tightened both hand grips on my penis and repeated the process of jelqing for a count of 3 seconds back up my penis to the glans.

Not forgetting that this technique is completely new to me; I will continue to refine this way of jelqing with the hope of some successful results in the pipe line. Only time will tell. But to recap; I am finding this technique quite efficient to say the least. With some persistence and an once of good luck thrown into the mix; I am feeling confident that this technique could be the one for an effective jelqing exercise.

In conclusion to this episode: I shall continue to look for ways of refining this technique so that I can improve this style of jelqing if I am starting to find that the results are improving greatly. I shall post any more updates of this technique as I further this experiment.

If I find this technique to be completely effective in every way I shall post a step by step rundown of instructions needed to carry out this technique in full.

The sole purpose of this experiment is to see if I can find a faster way of gaining size in the shortest time possible.

It might not work at all, but at this point in my training I am willing to take a few weeks and use them on this experiment. Who knows; this could produce quick results. If not then I shall return to the basic way of jelqing until I find something else that could work quicker.

Tonight I incorporated a kegel into the jelqing routine. Hopefully this might have a most welcomed impact on my

Penis exercises;namely the girth side of exercising.

Whilst using the two handed grips to jelq I slightly released the trailing grip to allow a kegel to force more blood up

The penis. I slightly released the leading grip as well to allow the blood to complete its passing through of both

Grips, then tightened both grips back up and jelqed a further half an inch, then I repeated this process again and again

Until I was about an inch away from the glans with both grips.

At this distance from the glans I used a squeeze with both grips to hold the blood pressure in place. I held this

Squeeze for a period of 5 seconds before I noticed that the pressure was subsiding. So a 5 second squeeze was

Adequate.

This method seems to have the effect of prolonging the blood pressure I need to continue and finish the jelq. I

Believe this in itself is actually a good sign; if used with caution.

I had noticed that the jelqing speed had slowed down due to the kegel and grip I used, but might just be a fair trade

Off worth making.

This technique to me is still only in the experimental stages and further ideas and tricks are yet to be used by myself

As and when.

In the past I had read about jelqing basics also advanced jelqing but also that you could find your own way to jelq.

This, you could say is another technique that needs to be tried for several weeks and I am willing to give it a go

Because just maybe I could see some significant gains in a small period of time. Touch wood..

After trying out the incorporation of the quick Uli I had decided that it was best to omit the Uli from my experiment. This was because I was losing some momentum not to mention some blood pressure before I was about to perform another two handed grip jelq.

But what I found was that keeping the kegel squeeze was in fact a positive rather than a negative.

Just to recap on the kegel squeeze:

Whilst using the two handed grips I was able to induce more blood and thus more pressure before I made my way up the penis with a jelq. The technique I used as I have mentioned earlier was to kegel and trap it ahead of the trailing hand with a tight grip, this pressure was then passed on over to the leading hand whereby the pressure was trapped ahead of both tight grips. From here I jelqed a further inch and then repeated the process over and over until I reached an inch before the glans.

Warming up and massaging my penis for 5 to 10 minutes: I was deliberately making my penis more erect throughout the warming up period; it’s as if the heat has magical qualities. This further tells me that heat seems to trigger off some kind of stimulation on a cellular level within my penis which allows a fuller erection.

Not only am I penis exercising but also trying to figure out the internals of the penis as you can see from my last paragraph.

The physical structure combined with the bio chemicals of the penis obviously play such an important role when trying to enlarge this object of love. And my thoughts tell me that these matters should not be left out of the game. This will take further research and understanding if I am to find success in my penis enlargement program: Simply pulling and stretching of the penis frequently might or might not produce some realistic results; but to leave out the fundamentals of penis enlargement could prove to be a costly mistake of which I cannot afford or accept.

For some reason; I am currently thinking that just maybe 30% of the penis training is actual stretching and pulling whilst the remaining 70% is more repair and a build up of tissue on a cellular level. This could go on to produce some noticeable results.

With that said; this would mean that if I take care of my body and eat extremely well then I could have a positive chance of enlarging my penis with less exercising used. LESS IS MORE as has been mentioned so many times throughout the internet.

Personally; it is completely experimental and UN chartered waters at this time. I have tried quite a few different types of exercises so far. I have seen some gains throughout the 12 month period from day 1 to the present day. But one thing is for sure; I have kept going at it. So my persistence has been with me all the way and this has allowed me to find some gains regardless of whatever exercises I had used.

Sometimes it can be a waiting game.

But if I stick to the program and take the required rest periods these should allow the repair and replenishment of the cells within my penis to build up thus allowing enlargement to become more prominent.

To conclude this chapter:

From all the different exercises I have tried throughout the 12 month period I have now narrowed it down to flattening the penis and this technique of a two handed jelq also the use of 5 minutes of power stretching and 5 minutes of v stretching and some PC muscle training thrown in. And that is all.

And even if I have to change exercises again in the future I shall; after all; I have done this for 12 months. Just as long as I keep my persistence stock piled I don’t see myself quitting at all. I have already come this far and made that pledge to myself at the very beginning. Onwards and upwards; for want of better words.

A 2 handed grip for the jelqing technique I am currently using.

I have posted 2 images of how the grips come together. As you can see from the images; both okay signs are inverted to each other and this method of grip is more effective; I have found.

The second image shows both hands together to form the 2 handed grip with the (1) left hand grip closest to the pubic bone as instructed in the jelqing manuals.

This method may seem quite unorthodox to many; but so far I have found it to be greatly effective.

Once in this position; I found that if I were to tilt my elbows either upwards or downwards; the okay signs would re-position allowing for different styles of grip around my penis. This in itself told me that with a little practice I may probably find the perfect grip which not only sits well around my penis but also may allow me to comfortably and effortlessly force more blood pressure up my penis without injury and hopefully with maximum gains. Time will tell!

Presently I feel totally confident with this set up and I hope that in the near future I will see some realistic gains in a short period of time. As I had mentioned early in this thread: the technique I have taken up is still only in the preparation stage but it is one which I am going to continue to use.

The caption: ‘Two grips are better than one’ is now cemented into my train of thought when I think about penis exercising.

The theory I am using here is one which will allow me to find maximum gains in the least amount of time. I am willing to spend roughly 3 months employing this technique with the hope of finding that my gains have increased dramatically rather than spending the same 3 months using the previous technique with little or no success.

I try my best not to deal in chance.

Now for lubrication.

I have been using Vaseline petroleum jelly mixed with body oil.

At first I tried just oil but was finding it quite messy. The oil would drop to the floor and cleaning it up seemed to be taking some time out of my training schedule not to mention it being looked at as a downside in my training. As for the use of Vaseline alone; I found its lubrication qualities would wear out pretty quick; and again this seemed too counterproductive in my training.

So I used the ‘two problems one solution’ method:

I decided to put some Vaseline and oil into a plastic bowl and mixed these together.

This mixture was ideal. I also found that this ‘made up’ lubricant would last quite some time in my training sessions without having to reapply more and more. But the greatest thing I found about this mixture was that it was really acting like a lubricant suitable for the task. The texture is one which can only be described as greasy; completely ideal.

Following an experiment with the 2 handed inverted grip I mentioned recently in this thread, I decided to revert back to the grip I initially discussed and used; as shown in the very first image.

The inverted grip was uncomfortable to use and somewhat awkward when performing jelq repetitions but I had to try it out just to be sure that I wasn’t missing out on something I could possibly benefit from. Alas, this was not the case.

So, going back to the grip I discussed at the beginning of this thread:

With this 2 handed grip; I could get a smooth rhythmic action going when jelqing; and so this became my choice of grip.

Before I put this thread on pause; I will give a rundown of what exercises I had chosen. I currently perform these exercises 2 days on and 1 day off throughout the weeks. There can be many variations of this weekly set up, but for now I am training the 2 days on 1 day off.

5 minutes warm up, massaging and slight stretches
5 minutes power stretching
5 minutes v stretching
10 minutes warm down/up with massaging and slight stretches
10 minutes of flattening my penis
3 minutes warm up
10 minutes of flattening my penis
5 minutes warm down/up
10 minutes of 2 handed jelqing
5 minutes warm down with massaging

I have also found that if I just do stretching exercises on one day then flattening and jelqing exercises on the following day I only have to train for these specific exercises on those chosen days rather than completing the entire list on the one day which at times would become tedious.

For example: Monday-Stretching

5 minutes warm up, massaging and slight stretches
5 minutes power stretching
5 minutes v stretching
5 minutes warm down with several slight tugs

For example: Tuesday-Girth

5-10 minutes warm up with massaging
10 minutes of flattening my penis-three repetitions
3 minutes warm up between each repetition
10 minutes jelqing
5 minutes warm down and massaging

This weekly timetable works for me and for the near future I intend to use this routine. If I need to make any minor adjustments I will do these on the fly.

For the last three months I have been using a punch bag for exercise. My cardio levels have ascended to a point where I can keep hitting the bag for a period of 25 minutes none stop. Also cycling for the lower half of my body cardio.

Just to finish: The flattening exercises appear to be producing some really good results. So this exercise definitely remains the corner stone of my girth exercises, with jelqing exercises taking a back seat. These are my personal preferences.

I will put this thread on pause for the time being. I shall post any updates if and when.

After trying and testing many techniques throughout the past 12 month period I have now successfully filtered out several exercises which I intend to use in my personal training plan.

Since using these exercises I have reached the first milestone with a realistic gain in length and girth; I couldn’t ask for much more at this stage.

I have always had the choices of pre compiled training plans found all over the internet or the option of building my own; and in this case I decided to compile my own training plan using what knowledge I could collect from sources everywhere.

If it wasn’t for all those men and women who aspired me to take up penis enlargement I would have never taken that first step 12 months ago. My thanks go out to each and every person; and I wish them every success in life.

After collecting multiple pages of information and putting each exercise through its paces I have finally built a solid training plan which I regard as safe, efficient and productive.

Monday: Penis flattening: 3 - 10 minutes repetitions
10 minutes 2 handed grips jelqing

Tuesday: Penis flattening: 3 - 10 minutes repetitions
10 minutes 2 handed grips jelqing

Wednesday: 5 minutes power stretching, 5 minutes v stretching

Thursday: Rest day

Friday: Penis flattening: 3 - 10 minutes repetitions
10 minutes 2 handed grips jelqing

Saturday: 5 minutes power stretching, 5 minutes v stretching

Sunday: Rest day

I am aware of advanced exercises to be tried out as well; but for now I will just
Use this plan until a time arises where I may need to step up a gear or two.

As I go, swapping and changing the days on and off will be all I have to amend from week to week or I can just leave them as they are in the list.

Bro I just used the same jelqing grip and my left hand holding my penis base and my right hand jelqing and the same overhand grip too which you have shown in youtlr earlier picture.

I actually did these type of jelqing exercise at 2016 April uptill May.

I went from 11.5 to 13.3 in cm meaning 4.48 inches to 5.25 inches.

I was stunned and excited but then I slacked off and lost all my gains.

But Now I’m back to my Modified Newbie Routine and I’ve been doing PE for over 14 months you can say but I was inconsistent the last 3 to 4 Months Unfortantely.

But I’m trying to get back on track now and achieve my goals in the PE Department.

Penis flattening: Finding the appropriate blood pressure.

When I say flattening the penis its more compressing it down to a point where the penis is expanding sideways and in turn this is increasing girth size when becoming erect.

If I was a lesser man; prudence would be screaming at me to close the door tightly on this room and never set foot in there again; but at this moment in time prudence is taking a step back handing this matter over to curiosity.

Looking down at my semi erect penis it is obvious to see that this flattening technique does produce girth gains and in such a short period of time as well, so taking this route is my choice and my choice alone just as long as I use caution with every step I take when deciding how much blood pressure I should use with this technique.

The general rule of thumb here would be to use a low blood pressure at first then gradually build this pressure up as my penis becomes stronger internally. But since I have been training for 12 months now I have passed over this threshold and my penis is accustomed and strong enough to endure this flattening technique using a higher blood pressure. I know this for sure anyway because I have put my penis through a lot of strenuous exercises for some time now.

So: blood pressure:

I have used a low blood pressure and built this pressure up over the weeks. I am currently using a 50% erection level when using the flattening technique and this has been successful on all counts. I have found some girth gains in this time and that alone is something to write home about.

So for the foreseeable future; I shall continue using this 50% erection level and leave it at that until a time arises whereby I feel safe enough to increase the pressure 10% if I need to increase the pressure at all.
