Tired hands after 5 min jelqing

A lot of members mention jelqing daily for 30 min. Is jelqing helpful for length or just the girth? My hands get tired about 5 min jelqing and I am also bored. Anyone has any idea I can make it less tiring and more exciting? I tried videos but I am also bored of the videos.

Make sure you are staying focused and making every repetition count and are not just going through the motions when jelqing.

Maybe you should take up tennis.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Get some handgrippers for grip strength. I’d recommend a brand, but that is probably not allowed.

I recorded a few sound files that give me the cues for the various exercises with soft bell sounds. This way I keep a constant rhythm, I don’t have to count the number of reps and I can read something or watch a video in case I get bored. Although I suggest first to learn to stay focused on the exercise and the proper form.

It took me about an hour to prepare them but now my routines are way less boring. Adding more reps to the exercise files is just a matter of copy and paste in a sound editor (Audacity for a free one) .

Watch porn if you can. it helps to pass the time and to prevent it from going limp

As far as boredom, I watch netflix or listen to music while I do my PE. Mainly to use the timer at the bottom!

For hands getting tired, try relaxing your arms/hands more. Try to focus on using a solid grip with your thumb/forefinger, just enough to get the job done. Relax everything else, and you’ll have more energy to spare.

The idea, if you want to gain, is to be focused on your PE exercises. I think that for stretching it is not that important, you can watch a movie doing it. But as far as jelquing is concerned, I recommend you set a timer and get to work. I would advise you to avoid watching porn for reasons: one is that personally when I watch porn, my erection level gets to high for a safe workout. The other is that when using porn your workout can easily become a jerking off session, and that is not PE.

It’s allowed.

It’s even allowed if these handgrippers are your personal product that you are trying to sell - provided that you get a commercial account through Thunder.

On grip strength, a cheap way I used to train my grip for sports was to throw something cloth like a towel or sweatshirt (anything without actual handles) over a pullup bar, and do my pullups while gripping the material. If you can’t do pullups you can just hold on and lift your feet, hanging as long as you can.

Uh…

We’re talking about grips for Jelqing, Paulaner, so they’re not exactly pull-ups, at least not in a traditional sense.

Right! But hand grip is hand grip, and if your hands are getting tired I’m sure it’d help in the long run :P

Here they are Heavy Grip Handgrippers - Hand Grippers, grippers, handgripper, wrist, strength . Work your way up from 150, 200 to 250. I do the 250’s for 8 reps. I got vicegrips for hands. I have to watch the squeeze on my junk. Don’t bother with the 100’s, these are for the ladies.

Barbell wrist curls and other types work also to improve the grip. Improving pinch strength works great too. Here’s a website that I have used will very good results. Pinch Strength
