I am almost 61 myself.
What I feel like saying is that if I were you, I would make a point of exercising both my willy and my hands at the same time.
Many people for example complain that doing manual stretches is tiring on the hands. Well, that only means they need to exercise their hands as well.
Try to get or make some hot pepper - olive oil ointment and massage your joints with the hot cayenne oil. Rub a few drops on your salami as well - sure it’ll burn but it’ll boost the circulation as well. Don’t worry, you’ll have a lot of fun once you penetrate your wife with your chilli pepper oiled salami - my wife beats me up every time but you know what? she still asks for it every time.
Then go on and do as many manual jelqs and manual stretches as you feel like.
Then get a vacuum pump and do water pumping. Alternate sessions of 15-30 minutes with the pump and sessions of 200-300 jelqs. Then do as long as 30 minutes of manual stretches.
And keep massaging the joints with the chili oil.
Who knows, maybe you’ll develop an iron grip in addition to a fat salami!
