Jelqing Pain
Hiya everybody,
I’ve been on the Newbie Routine for almost 3 weeks now (tomorrow makes 3) and today I started to feel pain in my upper/mid shaft area while jelqing. After about 20 jelqs, I ended the PE session early from fear of an injury. This is coming just after my rest day
Like the Newbie Routine instructs, I warm up for 5 mins, then some manual stretches for 6 mins (increased from 5 after week 1), followed by 240 jelqs (increase from 200), ended with a 5 min warm down and kegels. My EQ has done nothing but rise since the start of my PE career so I am unsure if this is overtraining or not.
