My problem is that I can never get any type of hard on during jelqing. Even when I somehow got to maybe 50% erect, after two or three strokes of jelqing it’s completely gone. So I end up jelqing 2-300 strokes on limp every time. I was wondering if this was at all effective? And what can I do about the erection problem during jelqing?

Try erotic visualization. I think about my wife (because she is hot). You could also use porn and just look periodically to keep it partially erect. After time you will learn to control your erection. I can usually do 250-300 at 50-75% erect. It takes time, but you’ll get there. Practice practice practice.

19 years old, my max time was probably 5-10 min during sex and I had to stop quite a few times so I won’t ejaculate.. My first few times I busted within 2 minutes. Masturbation is pretty much the same way, I usually bust really fast if I don’t stop.

I just stopped masturbating and took some vitamins that are found s drinks similar to red bull. Something called vitamin C by polka made in japan and Royal Jelly also made in japan. They include some B vitamins that help blood circulation and erections.

But the main thing is to cut down on masturbating, Because your out of bio energy or what ever doctors call it.
Your still young so it will be easy to restore it.

Better get this fixed before you get old.

Yes man you got that right, I have periods where I masturbate twice a day for consecutive weeks. So what is a good amount of masturbation? I’m trying to cut back on that but it’s very hard >.< 3 times a week? Once a day? Once a week? Suggestion?

At the end of the week you will have a better erection. After several weeks you will return to normal, hopefully.
