First gabi, Please ease up on the threads referring to another thread. You can post in the same thread , but you are pushing it a bit expecting immediate replies. Members have to answer many requests, in their time here, and it helps if you are patient.
As to your request, Yes you can, and you may wish to experiment using separate stretchjing and jelqing sessions but the routine has put these in as it is normal for one to help the other, for more rapid gains.
It is impossible to say that one will be better than the other. as we are all slightly different. But you can always try an experiment by yourself. But, of course, don’t overdo the pressure or pull. Take notes of whatever happens then you can be fairly certain what it will do for you.
Many guys have to alter the routine to suit the time available. So it is wise to work to a routine that suits you. The important thing is to do the exercises regularly, and as mentioned, take notes of any progress or failings. That way you learn to control your penis, and find what is best for you.
I take that you mean heat the penis when not exercising. Using an ADS will pull your penis and cause more blood to flow but it really depends on your own blood pressure. You can try kegels as that will put spurts of blood through your dick, Some say a cock ring works but I havn’t found it so but I have a lowish blood pressure, so again it’s really up to you to experiment on yourself. And see what works for you.
