Hello my fellow PE’ers, I’ve noticed when I jelq that precum collects at my glans and gets squeezed out a bit. I am uncut and dry jelqing. Is this a good sign that I am applying enough pressure?

Also does anyone else here worry about the pressure exerted on the glans when stretching? I need to get such a vice grip on it to exert any pressure and after a minute’s stretch it looks all deformed for awhile until it can regain it’s shape.

Precum is the outcome of too much stimulation, which is fine and natural.

If your jelqing grip is the OK-sign, pressure will be placed on top of the CS and whatever is inside of it, either pee, precum or sperm, will be pushed out. Since our CS is very soft, even with a full erection, this situation won’t tell you if the right pressure is being applied.

About the stretching, if you grip too close to the glans, you might feel some discomfort. The right away solution is to grip further away from the glans.

I am uncut too and had trouble with stretching and found the same problem as you. I use a Kleenex or a little bit of toilet paper this seems to help a lot, I get a better grip without using a tremendous amount of force. Remember listen to your dick if it hurts or there is discomfort your doing it to hard I did this and ended up taking two weeks off due to a pinching little pain in my gland it’s not worth it .

Really? I’ve not had anything so far, apart from a temporarily discolored and somewhat mangled looking glans. This is the only way I am able to stretch at all.

I always start the grip behind my glans but then it slides up until it is only my glans stopping my hand from losing grip.

If what you say is true, I won’t be able to do an effective stretch.

I could try using a flannel but I can’t see that helping at all if I’m honest. I feel like that would make it more painful if anything. I’ll try some paper towel but I can’t see it being a lotta help.

Have u tried using a hook grip.

And if u need that much pressure maybe warmup more to loosen up the tunica. Or try V or inverted V or fulcrum. I trypically only do bundled V and fulcrum becuase it feels like less pressure from squeezing. I can have a softer grip.

Due to nerve damage in my back and pelvic region i am inconsistent.

Well I’ve tried the paper towel trick and the same thing happens. My hand slides up and just crushes my glans to get any sort of decent stretch going. The paper towel just adds some nasty scratchy dryness to the whole sensation.

I’m in the middle of a stretching session now, after a stretch my foreskin and glans look badly mangled. I can’t understand how others hands are staying behind the glans without sliding up towards it.

The mushroom shape is what keeps my hand from sliding off completely, I thought this was the point of pulling you’re foreskin back to stretch anyway.

Have you tried to wet your dick. Let it dry and get rough then stretch?

Another question, with jelqing, you are always jelqing from the base towards the glans. However, how does one keep one’s base girth gains even with the mid shaft and glans? I was thinking of jelqing in the opposite direction, from glans to base, but one would need lube to do it and even then it might tug at the foreskin uncomfortably.

Or have folks found that regular jelqing somehow works on the base too.
