Jelqing-stretching equipment for beginner shoulder injury

Hello to you all.

I’m a 22 year old uni student with stats of NBPEL bordering 5” and EBPL of around 5.4 and only 4.2 erect girth and I would like to try to get my NBPEL to nearly 6” and girth closer to 5” by about a years time.

My main query is regarding equipment. I know it is generally advised to get started with regular exercises without equipment before moving onto more advanced methods.

However, I have just had a shoulder operation and from previous experience, jelqing regularly isn’t too kind of my shoulder. As a result, I am considering purchasing the jelqing device along with other stretching pieces.

Please could some of you more experience folk kindly advise me as to what the best equipment are for my situation to try to make length/girth gains, if money wasn’t a major factor.

Hope your shoulder gets better soon, first I have read that the jelqing devices are worthless. Second read in the extender forum on what results members are having with those devices, Cantlook has had good success. As far as time and how fast you gain that varies from individual to individual . How much range of motion can you do with the rest of your body , without aggravating your shoulder? Can you manually stretch using the other arm or jelq ?

I would say you should had more issues with stretching than with jelqing. Maybe you can do pumping until your shoulder gets better. Read carefully the pumping 101 thread if you go through this route.

My right shoulder hurt jelqing and stretching plus the movement just didn’t feel comfortable at all. I don’t want to use my right arm for jelqing as I’ve just had an operation and don’t want to jeopardise by ability to play sport in anyway.

Bit irritating that the devices are worthless though! I can stretch and jelq with my left arm only if absolutely necessary. But don’t want to jelq with my right arm ever really.
