jelqing stretching ratio
When you start to move away from the newbie routine is there a ratio between jelqing and stretching you should try to stick to like 2:1 in favor of jelqing or stretching and warm up should be half as much as your jelq session?
Or is it just a general rule of thumb no matter what the time, you should be doing more jelqing than stretching? And when you start to amp up the time on your jelqing and stretching do you increase the warm up time too?
