Jelqing with one hand

Jelqing with one hand

Hello,

I read a lot about the ‘turkey neck’ and I read that a way to possibly lessen it is to hold the attached skin near the base back with one hand while jelqing with the other. Also, I have a bit of a curve which I would like to correct a bit (unless someone has a good argument of not doing so). The thing I would like to know is if you jelq with one hand (wet jelq, standard OK-grip), can it produce different results as opposed to the normal switching of the left and right hand? And if so, what would be a good thing to hold the skin back with (home-made preferred)?

Thanks!

I try to get a smooth motion going where I pull the skin back with the unused hand when the jelqing hand is about half way through. I’d have thought that using one hand wouldn’t work as well because you allow the blood to go back to the body when you restart your jelqs, rather than keep the extra pressure going. Just my opinion though, lets see what others think

Just jelq, either with one hand or both. Don’t pull the foreskin back, I jelq for nearly 1.5 years now, never pulled the foreskin back and never experienced any turkey neck.

You might have not, but there are a lot of people who got it from jelqing.. You are just jelqing along the normal way? Also, I think I did not read enough about the subject I guess because I didn’t know it was about pulling back the foreskin, I thought it was about the skin with which the scrotum is attached to the base of the penis (or near it).. Dang, I really need to read some penis-anatomy soon ^^;

“turkey neck” is caused by not having enough skin on the underside of your penis, causing the scrotum to be pulled forward. If jelqing causes this, it’s because the penis is getting longer than the skin.

Yes, I jelq along the normal way but dry.

I have the same problem, I tried for awhile to hold the skin back my right hand and jelq with my left hand. My thumb would put a lot of pressure on the right side of my penis when I put the OK grip on to jelq, and now it seems a tad bit bigger than my left side (when I’m looking down on my penis). I always had a very, very small curve to the left (again, when I’m looking down on my penis) and it seemed to get worse with the growth of my right side. Of course, when I measure I’m still the same sized girth as I was before. I now just try to alternate hands to get even pressure.

I always do dry jelqs because of privacy issues, and I take very quick showers so I don’t do wet ones in there, so I’m not sure if wet jelqs will eliminate the turkey neck effect. All I can say is listen to Bird2 because he’s usually right, or try to experiment new ways to get rid of the turkey neck.

How long have you been jelqing again? And how much of a degree angle is your curve at, if you don’t mind me asking?
