Jelqing
I’ve just begun PEing and I have a question about the Jelq exercise. When you’re doing a jelq, you begin at the base apply pressure and squeeze up toward the glans.my problem comes w/the next part.when you get to the glans do you begin the motion w/your other hand so as to keep all of the blood in there or do you briefly take your hand off of your dick and then momentarily begin the motion w/your other hand.when I do it, I try to keep all of the blood in there so there is never really a time where I do not have a firm grip on my dick and am forcing blood toward the head.I noticed toward the end of the exercise I felt slight pain on the upward squeezes and it was undoubtedly due to the increased blood flow.I wouldn’t say that the pain was uncomfortable, however it certainly wasn’t normal.what is the proper way to do this exercise? Am I doing okay?
