Hi all,

After taking some time out, I’m starting afresh. Two questions: 1) Does jelqing produce both girth and length gains? And 2) Would one make gains from only jelqing 5 days a week for 5 minutes a day, increasing for a minute each week over 6 weeks?

Gains from jelqing are unique and different for each of us. But over time you should experience some gains in both length and girth but to what extent no one can tell you. The routine that you have outlined would be a good way to start your program and to elevate your routine. After that I think you will find that you may have reached a level of training for you to determine if it is adequate or you need to consider expansion to the routine. But most of all follow I encourage the newbie protocols for guidance and results.
