jelquing intensity question
Basically what I’m thinking is that if I don’t see any bruising or disoloration, now, 2 months in, is that I know FOR SURE that I didn’t overwork.
Is that pretty much correct? I know the ultimate measurement is the ruler… but I slowed down my jelqs to like 6 seconds a piece and reduced my overall time a bit and am applying a bit more pressure to really add on some growth and I’m not sure if I’m overworking - I don’t see any discoloration though. A couple white spots but nothing much, I just know I’m going slower and harder than before and I’m not seeing discoloration so I want to make sure I’m not slowing my growth down instead of increasing it like I want to.
Any thoughts?
