Basically what I’m thinking is that if I don’t see any bruising or disoloration, now, 2 months in, is that I know FOR SURE that I didn’t overwork.

Is that pretty much correct? I know the ultimate measurement is the ruler… but I slowed down my jelqs to like 6 seconds a piece and reduced my overall time a bit and am applying a bit more pressure to really add on some growth and I’m not sure if I’m overworking - I don’t see any discoloration though. A couple white spots but nothing much, I just know I’m going slower and harder than before and I’m not seeing discoloration so I want to make sure I’m not slowing my growth down instead of increasing it like I want to.

Any thoughts?

Basically, what I mean to ask is: do you believe you should jelq as intensely as possible as long as you are avoiding negative PI’s ?

That’s basically what I’m doing and I feel OK doing it but I don’t know if there is some middle-ground sweet spot or something. Like, with stretching, I find it is often better to pull very gently, but I feel like jelquing is a totally different mechanism relying on applied force/pressure that requires no relaxation, only adaptation.

I’d say I pull hard, after I’m warmed up. I only jelq after a hot shower and start with light stretches in the shower. Then start jelqing after I’m out of the shower. I start slow and moderate. About 30-40 jelqs. Long, long ago I went to hard to start, and had that pop!! Never happened again. After I get to 100 jelqs my cock is well pumped up, warm, and stretched. Then I do 50 more about as hard as I can squeeze, and as hard as I can pull. Takes about 3 seconds for one jelq.

I’ve been jelquing for 2 months now and I was up to like 30 minutes, but I kept playing around with different stretches and I finally hit a sweetspot where I get REALLY great bloodflow at the end of my stretching routine, so if I go hard now I can only go 15 minutes and my dick is still feeling super flushed throughout the rest of the day… like it feels physically changed after each session and it worries me a little bit because it feels more intense than I’ve ever felt before and there are little blood spots on my head sometimes, but if I warmdown right and firegoat roll, they go away completely. So, I’m like: this feels more intense, but if I warmdown right, I don’t have any lasting negative PI’s… so is it bad? Because I would get slight bruising before and I would still be getting great growth. I never felt like I went backward even with some slight bruising but I don’t want to go too hard.

How long have you been doing PE to get your stats? What has your growth looked like? Have you stayed with this same jelq routine? What’s the ‘pop’ that you are describing… is that from the stretch at the end of a jelq?

I’ve been pulling and stretching since I was a teenager. Probably were a lot of the size comes from. Never had a routine. Didn’t have internet. Never herd of jelqing till about 2 years ago. I did notice a growth of about 1/2 inch length and maybe 1/4 inch girth over the last 2 years. But I wasn’t measuring correctly. This since I found Thunders. And I think most of that was from jelqing. I am however on a routine now. (Stretch then pump then jelq) Two weeks in. And feels great. Feels different.

That pop was from pulling to hard and my ligament popped. I figured it must have been like cracking your neck or something. No pain, no problems. Just figured I better warm up better I do get purple spots on my shaft after jelqing hard. They go away in a few hours.

Have you ever seen them guys that can hang like 500 lbs from there cock? Warm up good, take your time, work up to it. Your not going to hurt your dick with your own hands.
