Ok guys I just started jelquing about a month ago and I noticed I have a pre-existing bulge about 3/4 of the way up my shaft where my girth gets thicker compared to the rest of my penis, especially compared to my base. It’s not from the jelquing that I’ve been doing, but I never noticed it really until I started working on my PE routine and getting a feel for my dick and getting better EQ. I’m worried that if I continue to jelq normally that it’s just going to expand this portion of my shaft the same amount as the rest of my shaft and that the bulge will remain and maybe even grow larger, which is not what I want. I want a cylindrical dick, for sure - no weird bulges. So, it was recommended to me to just start doing jelqs at the base of my shaft and stop about an inch before this bulge begins until my base shaft girth has grown a bit to match the bulge above it.

I feel like it’s probably going to end up with 2 bulges, one at my base and one slightly above it… do you think this will even out naturally if I start doing normal jelqs once I’ve built my base up or do I need to worry about getting everything the exact same size up to the bulge before I do full jelqs?

Check out o-bends after a couple months of getting your dick conditioned. Very targeted girth exercise that allows you to work on specific sections of each CC. But in the meantime yeah, just try to start your jelqs as high up on the shaft as possible.

Do you have a link to something describing what o-bends are? Never heard of them.

I would continue normal jelqs with the newbie routine to condition. You won’t get a whole lot of growth from these exercises that would be detrimental to the shape you desire. Once you’re conditioned I would begin clamping and pumping. Both of these will work to even out the girth along with the O-bends.

First focus on doing the newbie routine to condition yourself. After that, you can focus more on girth exercises, because girth exercises are usually a bit more advanced and you can injure yourself easily. In my experience, JAI stretches has had a great effect on my base girth, and that trickles up along the shaft.
